My perps are human but they have in the past put negs inside me resembling gollum from Lord of the Rings, only black and slimey.

You know when you have something inside you, feel it squirming around inside you, shifting every time you apply energy in one spot, talk out of your chest. My favorite though was when I drank Holy Water, I'd hear inside me, "It burns, it burns, we don't care, we hate you that much." It would attach to my root chakra and attack my sexual organs. Not fun. They'd also suck my energy away, eat away at my chakras, cause rips to appear inviting others in despite my protests.

They don't get in anymore thank God.

I know it sounds scary, and I won't say keeping them out is a piece of cake, but it is a realistic goal that can be accomplished over time, with help, and patience.

Spectral Dragon knows a great deal about what was placed in me, he removed quite a few of them. He could probably give you more detail.

i think personally they effect the psyhical, but i dont think they exist here. maybe they can have influence, or travel here, but in general i think they are from another realm.

the question for me is, are we only psyhical..... with parts in the astral... like to we extend into the astral, or is it the opposite ?

i guess reality has many different levels and layers too it

for me: sense, non-physical (but unless you believe the astral is overlapping the physical, then not the astral. what robert and others call the real time zone). i've heard a few stories of physical attacks, but they seem to be incredibly rare (ie, you're FAR more likely to be harmed by a human than by a physically manifesting spiritual being, so don't even worry about it ^_^).

and of course, negs also exist on the astral (although some would say they are merely our own negative thoughts, though imo that's also kind of like saying all pain in this world is only caused by us thinking it is []).
