Possible Neg

I think I could possibly have a neg in my presence right now and If I do, I know the reason for it.  Its an interesting experience though

The last week or so I have noticed many more negative thoughts and havent been sleeping as well.  I am somewhat intuitive and could sense something bringing the energy around me down and I didnt know what it could be until I started having the dreams.  

I've only had 2 dreams related to the neg, but I have reason to believe because both nights I had trouble sleeping and involved a neg in the dream.  

In the first dream, I was sleepwalking inside my dream while dreaming a different dream(a little complicated) and when I came to I was doing something very strange that I knew to be caused by a spirit in my dream.  The spirit was very playful and started to talk to me mentally while I was sitting on my bed in the dream and told me that he liked balloons.  He started passing a red balloon to me and I would pass it back, but at the end of the dream I told him that I would probably have to bind him eventually unless he left.

The second dream, I had tonight.  I was having a VERY hard time sleeping, but somewhere between 3 and 4 I fell asleep without realizing it.  I was in my bedroom in the dream and it was very real.  All of a sudden there was a lot of wind and rain coming in from outside and I had to shut the window.  Next, I heard a noise coming from the wall and I noticed that the light fixture that I have on my roof was mounted on the wall and it sprung open.  By this time, I was thinking it was pretty strange, so I go to turn on the lamp beside me and the lamp didnt work.  I then heard voices from the otherside of the door.  It was my 2 homestay brothers going to the washroom but they were chanting a song.  One of them tapped on my door and said "VERY SCARY".  I was laying down on my bed in a really wierd position trying to roll back over and get to sleep in the dream when I woke up.  It shocked me to find out I was dreaming!

I did a purification ritual and the energies feel a lot more welcoming now than before.  The thought form might already be gone now, but if it isn't what would you guys suggest?
