i was teaching my freind how to channel his energy and things were moning in the room,when we went to the recruiters office a cup with pens on her desk moved like someone reached over ans smacked them"no one touched them"no air flow from air conditioning"it seems that things like this happen when we are hanging out together,in our case it could be either latant telekinesis,or a spirit,this was our experiance since the energy work we do is a type of meditation, for you,you must figure it out on your own,you may be cousing it subcontiously,or a spirit,who knows,all i can say is be careful and experiment to find out exactly what it is by process of elimination and extreem logic.

I'd say they are auditory hullicinations. To the way I understand your explanation of the experience, sounds a lot like some of my own. I wrote them off as auditory hullicinations.

When you hear them can do you stop and they stop?

Are you able to move while they are still going on? Significantly?

Here are a couple of suggestions;
1. astral wind as you begin to separate a projected body
2. clairaudience of spirit activity
3. kinetic energy building up in the room when you power up ~ if so need to balance , centre and shield so that you do not cause an adverse effect
4. remote hearing as you tune into someone else in remote projection of consciousness
I don't feel it would be auditory hallucinations  .

Interesting. When I start physically moving I can no longer hear anything. Perhaps it isn't auditory hullicinations.

The suggestions made by Hagethuriel are good.

I get those noises too. It sounds like a loud click. Its basically a sound that is made when you "click" or shift into a different state of consiousness. It doesnt happen for everyone and it doesnt happen all the time, but many people have also experienced this, and it was explained by Monroe whos the mack daddy of this topic.
