Criminalmind, if you want to change your tone, listen to as much music as possibel... all different types. Don't be prejudice against any kind of music. As a (almost professional) musician myself, I can tell you that being open-minded about music is extrememly crucial to your psychic development. Music itself is a language in and of its own. It is the language of the soul. When your attacker made you hear tones, he was probably communicating some sort of message to you. Your attacker is powerful, but not compared to some of the beings I've seen. I've seen the real giants out there. I don't even know how I can describe them to you. Satan/Lucifer has no form. He is simply the antithesis of God. I really don't know how else I can describe him. He simply goes against nature however he can. This is exactly what your attacker is doing. Any black magician does this. That is really why they are so easy to defeat (if you know how they are going against nature).

  If it does not come naturally to you to hear your energy signature then reading and learning about music is the best way to do it. You can find interactive examples for children and then experiment with things your self. Tuning forks are really good for this so if you know a teacher or place that has tuning forks you should expriement with them.

  I meant experiment. I also want to comment that the attacker normally hardwires the victims mind so that they are always looking for the link or connection. The victims are the ones hooking up all of the time with the attacker. It is not the other way around most of the time.

Tuning forks are a very good tool, and they are easy to use. Another good tool would be the Tibetan bells used in Buddhist temples. The reason they are good is because they provide a loud, clear sound that is sustainable as long as you keep rubbing the short wooden dowel around the rim of the bowl. The sound is very distinct and conveys energy very well. Most of the bells are also hand-made, which makes them even better.

I went to Nita's website and found that your energy signature has a pitch, and tone to it.  How do you change your pitch or tone. I posted before that my attacker had me hear balls in my head and also I get frequency from this person. I would assume that he had me match his pitch or tone and that is why we can communicate nonverbally.
