Hmm. Very interesting. I have attacked myself twice (it was awful- once in the form of a teddy bear, and once in the form of a doll) turned out to to be repressed childhood abuse, things I'd blocked out.
I also keep a dream journal, and have gotten quite good at it. I can now remember up to four or five of my dreams a night.
I agree, self awarness is the best self defence.
Hello!
I just want to inform you that I see an a "new" way of psychic defense.
The method is to collect you dreams. Then give them titles and read the dream titles over and over again...
It seems to have a protective property.
I guess when I am more aware of myself , I am less attackable by seemingly outward forces which are just my denied sub-consciousness.
It is possile that my consciousness can be divided and then the split off consciousness can attack me not knowing it is me and I may not know it is me. It seems to be help to say hey you are me.
It seems to be a product of extreme self-denial.
That is all for the time being...
