Pyro - shielding discussion

well for some vamps, the energy tendril is used, but for others, they just make a ball of the other persons energy with sheer will, or just will it to them.

so my advice to people who have vamp trouble, use a shield that disguises your energy. its your choice what you make your energy look like. but they sometimes help.

btw. i use cloak/hedge shields all the time, i agree with you on that, but, when you personally know the vamp it's impossible to hide, or when he/she chooses to drain you on sight, i use hardest thing i have at hand to block the flow and counter drain with my own (i used it just once on unaware one, so i don't know how it would work on skilled one, hope he would lost his apetite [8D])

remember that shields are made of energy, so a skilled vamp can drain the shields as well.

so in case of skilled vamp attack he will drain your shields whatever you made them of, i understand that the trick is to ground and center, start sustaining you shield and at the same time think of something that'll make him stop
hexes and any attacks are energy too, so can they be drained

this energy, becouse it is energy, can be transformed, absorbed or send back to the source, it's all a matter of skill and concentration, and energy resources

vamp extends tendrils of energy to drain (that's what i heard), so they can too be absorbed and used against their "master"
it should be possible to program a shield to drain those tendrils when they touch it, what do you think??

if i understand it correctly, psychic fight never occurs from energy resources reasons becouse it's exchausting for both sides, negative emotions seem to be only explanations, and they are destroying the attacker either way, so investing energy in harm is pointless

when the victim doesn't know what is happening it makes more sense though, but results in karmic debt [xx(] (at least that's what i think)
