I was hoping someone might have some advice. There was this woman at work who I believe is pulling on my lower chakra/dan tien energy. I noticed she would often make references to "cutting hair" and "Samson and Delilah" in her conversations with others. Not too soon after hearing these references I started having minor symptoms which have increased in severity.
Her ex boyfriend who she held a strong grudge against suddenly had odd symptoms and then an operation for an inguinal hernia (he was very healthy and active prior).
When I approached her about it she denied doing anything. I've since left that company but still experience the symptoms usually on weekends, early morning/pre work and on holidays.
I've read Roberts book and tried some shielding exercises but it still persists. I am going to a chiropractor who works with energy and he's helped some but not entirely.
Any advice as to how stop this?? Help!!
Pulling on your lower chakra? LOL.. I'm sorry, but how does one do that? Maybe she's just a biatch. Best thing you can do is ignore her and for goodness sakes.. stop giving other people power by believing they can actually pull anything on your body. :lol:
What is your symptom and why do you think this woman would wish you ill?
