The nighmares went away some time ago i still get them once in a while, the demonds have not been that hard to get rid of i have a budist munk friend who helps but the people who ejoy this get off on the power are ripping me apart my gaurd has been up over 9 years now i never know what they will do next. they will not believe they have demonds in them they control what they call the "dark army". i have even pointed out a few who haave turned or are turning into lower level entities. they say they are just giving me a hard time well i moved 350 miles away from Ventura to stop getting a hard time only to find out thats not far if you have a 7 year rapor with someone. what are the consiquences you are talking about cuz these people have there own phylocify. and worse comes to worse if it will not stop what should i do a few have said to kill myself but no way. what would you do?

They have been trying to turn you because you are very strong, although you may not know this. They are testing you, probing for weakness and using that to gain entry when you are least aware.
You may not like this next bit, but, you are letting this happen to you. Only you have the ability to change this, no-one else can do it for you. Perhaps a lifestyle change could help as well, research what your beleifs are, why you feel the way you do etc. If you are using substances, then stop it as that too creates openings, even alcohol. Do you see what I mean by this?
If you white lighted yourself morning and night, do the house and yard, they will not be able to gain entry as often. This is easily done while sitting comfortably. Just imagine white light coming down over and into you, letting it fill you up. Then bring in more light and push it out all around you to fill the house and yard. You can then use the light to form a shield around you of your favourite colour. Do this as often as possible, the more you do it, the more strength it will gather.
When you feel strong enough to deal with the attackers, you can use the light by pouring it into the entities that are doing this. If you wish to use something more powerful, see the light come out of your heart as a liquid gold color and then use that to pour into the attackers. You have the power to do this for yourself, you are not a victim, you are a powerful being who can achieve anything she puts her mind to. Remember that always.
Please see that they are feeding off your fear. By empowering yourself, you will feel less and less afraid of them and more able to deal with anything that they try. there is an old saying,"God helps those who help them-selves". It is true. Now is the time for you to help yourself. Show no fear and they will have nothig to feed off.

Using anger and being literally 'ticked off' towards life in general...that's probably one of the best things you can do. Just don't fear them or it. They 'feed' on fear.
My theory is that anything negative in the astral plane is simply a real life problem, translated into astral shapes. So something in your life is problematic, get rid otf it.

HMG, yes I agre that forcing it to leave is one answer. But dear sister, why fight Fire with fire? Wouldn't that be some of what 'they' are after? Being angry about it is an okay feeling if we own it and accept that is what we created, but it can not help to diperse the aggressors. They also feed of anger and any other 'negative' feeling energy that we respond with, so why not give them something that they have no defense for? Respond with the power of Loving energy and they will not be able to deal with it, as they have no defence for this tactic. They are not prepared for it's power and can not compete with it. The trick here is to choose how you respond and not just respond out of frustration, anger or fear.

while you may think positive feelings that negs don't have a defense for will help get rid of one, how can that possibly make a neg go away/ knowing what i know about negs and with my experience with them, they are not 'it's of love and compassion that will leave when asked. It is better to scare a neg out of its wits so it will never come back than to live your life aimlessly with airy, positive thoughts and a neg attached to you.

Dear sister, It would seem that you may have misunderstood my words. After 30 years of having to deal with 'negs', I am only sharing what I know works 100 percent of the time.
It has nothing to do with positive thoughts, airy fairy anythings or remaining with negs attached. After all, 'negs' are only other beings that CHOOSE to use the one energy for darker purposes. They all have the same tools to use against us, and they do not have any way to cope with what I use. They can not be destroyed, but, you can change them in very profound ways by using this method.
Using negative energies and attributes is only empowering them more, please do not trip yourself into thinking that at such a tender young age you have experienced all there is to know on the subject. Just wait until you have an immensely powerful entity controlling a lot of people around you and see how far fighting fire with fire goes.(I tried to find a nicer way to say that hon, but this is how it was given to me)
If you have had success with this method, it may be because the entities you have come up against are minor in the bigger scheme of things, or they are letting you fall into a state of believing that you have the ability to deal with anything that comes by using the method you currently use. So it may be a long term 'trap' that they are setting for you. So be very careful as we move in to the next few years when the 'war' gets to much more powerfull levels.
What I know is this, inside us all is the MOST POWERFUL energy that we can use and it is the energy of 'LOVE'. It is a real power, it works everytime and it CHANGES the aggressive entity. And it has nothing to do with scaring them away, that is a fallacy. If you look deeply inside yourself you will find this power, it comes from a direct connection with the divine source that we are all a part of. It is the color of liquid gold, when you find it you will know that what I am sharing with you is a gift.

No, Im sorry. the demond is pitch black he is thinking to tell you the truth the night he jumped into me he was a short guy with currly hair, not a person though he had thousands of little buggars laughing with him and a red box with a white bow was on the chair in front of me. I knew not to open it it contained a black rose. Does anyone know anything about that. and to tell you the truth it ended up being a spiritual gange bang, novices (i have reciently hear in the astral plane some of them are not saying sorry or we were wrong but "we've had to change our philosopy") that just thought it was a good time. now that im "tapped" wich means my mind has no shields its like there reality t.v show, ya gotta love mass consumers.
anyway the demond has multiplied its self 3 times and now is back to one and this guy is not a lost soul he dosent feed off of light but tries to stop it from happening it has been a group attack although i was being blamed for it but give any attack enough time and people if that is what is attacking you will contradict themselves so bad that they cant even believe there lie's anymore.
I think someone was correct the only way for me to stop this is to love my human enemy and stop letting the demond and his gang of buggars have people become evil. even if they have attacked me i dont want them to lose their light or soul over something like ignorance.

I have been kind of seeing Negs, Humans, Positives?, in different ways now...Entities that CHOOSE one way is one thing, yes...but also, the Choice creates a type Natural Energy Body Type...Think of this...Black will always absorb all colors, white will always reflect all colors...Those are 2 types of Color with conflicting purposes (not necessarily choice, but bear with me)...
Negs, Demons, etc are all Destructive by Nature, in my opinion...They have kind of "Absorbing" personalities (along with many other aspects)...While Positives, Angels, etc, are all Contructive by Nature...They have Creation of Light (some may even Believe it is "Reflecting")...In this scenario lies a key, from what I believe, of why "Love" Always Overcomes "Evil"...Love Creates...Evil Destroys...You can only destroy until nothing is left, while You can Always Create something even from nothing...
Now, why is this relevent...If You begin to view the Negs/Demons/etc in a different manner, if other methods don't seem to work, use some Technical side of them that is unavoidable...That is, change Your view of them...See them as animals playing as a pawn of the "instinct to feed" (since they Always need some source of Nourishment to sustain their "Life)...In that case, You can see Yourself as a Higher Being from them...Thus, relinquishing them of their Power over You and restoring it to You, whom it rightly belongs to, and giving YOU the Power to "let them Grow on their own," without YOUR Energies...

Mick: We tend to hear these type of statements when the negs have lost ground and/or trying a new tack to gain a confidence leading to access to someone.

Mick: In our experience, in most cases once someones non physical negs are diminished the person themselves become diminished.

Mick: Often we find that words used are personal to the recipient in that one person will hear one word while another will hear a different word but with similar meaning. I would guess that they are initmating that they have established a link which they believe they can exploit.

Mick; See 3 for the choice of words. We think we have observed that some people by their nature disrupt the neg. activities in the area that they live and the negs work harder to disrupt that persons impact on the negs area of operation. Another option is that the negs simply want to engender an emotional response to create energy release and/or some weakness which assists their exploitation.

Mick: This was something that we used to get a great deal, sometimes we might be discussing an observation about their activities or maybe attempting to get a handle on the wider picture. In the first case they seem to thrive on secrecy and get disturbed if others identify their activities, in the second case such thinking seems to be able to undermine their (smaller) world view which alarms them.

like mick I am new to this forum. I had a nasty experience some years ago. Perhaps about 5 years ago, I would have to find and check my dream log. I wasn't going to post this experience so soon - however your situation is urgent, so I think I had better. Yes this is a long post, bear with me please [:)]
My recollection:
I was half-awoken very abruptly from my sleep. However there was an overwhelmingly powerful spirit telling me to sleep. The command "he" made to "sleep" was so incredibly powerful I could barely resist it. I had to fight just to remain conscious.
But I was scared because I felt violated. And in fact I was violated. I could feel something in my solar plexus. Something was spinning there, something was trying to WORM ITS WAY INSIDE through my solar plexus - and I sure as hell didn't like that! It felt as if a spirit was trying to enter me through my solar plexus!?. I kept trying to wake up..
However, I couldn't open my eyelids or move as I was still under the influence of the entity who was trying to force me to sleep. I wanted him (them?) out of me, and I was desperate. I summoned every bit of my concentration and power I had in me and forced myself back in control of my entire body. I fought with every scrap of strength I had. I was scared, and it felt like life and death. The pure effort and will involved was certainly more than I had ever required in my life - before or after.
I did it! I forced *it* out. I heard a strange sound that was much like a dove taking flight. I felt the bed sheets above my solar plexus actually lift up slightly, that was where the sound had come from. And simultaneously I heard something crash in the kitchen (probably a saucepan - odd that..). I was awake now, and filled with energy, my whole body felt charged with the energy from the fight.
I was furious. I was filled with utter rage at the violation. It felt like some kind of attempt to possess my body. I swore I would get revenge one day. I said it out loud : One day - even if it took a thousand reincarnations, I would find out who it was and they would pay for it (or something to that effect). I wanted "him" to know that he would pay for what I felt was a rape of the spirit.
Was it really an attempt at possession?? I don't know. If it was a good spirit, then why did it violate me like this without my permission. It was clearly able to communicate with me without the need to enter my body.
I should add that it is difficult to describe in words how powerful this beings sheer force of will was... His thoughts were intense, powerful, undivided and in a word i would say "focussed". Or as the bhagavad-gita would say, his thoughts were "single pointed"..... whereas a normal persons everyday thoughts (eg: myself) are "many pointed" or unfocussed, weak, hazey and relatively clumsy.
I am a novice here, but these are my thoughts and observations:
a) the dream state certainly provides an opening for unfriendly spirits. We are vulnerable there - since our mind is normally quite weak and unfocussed in the dream state, it is therefore easier to take advantage of us / or overtake us.
b) Although vulnerable, our spirit is immediately and consciously aware of any violation to the body. Instinctively it tries to protect its physical home (our body) by reentering the body and trying to wake up.
c) I believe a negative entity finds it easier to overcome a person who is both physically and mentally weakened/exhausted.
d) force of pure will power can overwhelm and drive out these spirits. So practice both meditation and concentration - which I am told are two distinctly different things, and that people often get the 2 mixed up.
When I think about the times in my life that required the most will power. I think the only time that even came close to this was when I rode 50km in one day - whilst being very unfit and unused to riding any distance. I was exhausted after only about 15km, and had to just keep on going through the pain and exhaustion. So yes, now that I have thought about it physical endurance training makes sense - kakkarot is onto something about the physical training perhaps.

I have found that rage seems to be the one thing that can force them away. it's like putting a fly in their drink, freaks them out.
I've tried using love a few times and they drained me real good, even had one disguise itself as an angel and ask me to put my defenses down....thats one neg that got its butt kicked.

Although I don't have a problem with the idea of smacking around something that is trying to cause you harm, I only believe it to a point.
It's not going to work in my case, they're too strong, and too evil. I tried it in the begining, (before I knew what was really happening to me and that there was help...significant in how desperate I felt and how strong I fought back), and it escalated into a war that became more and more ugly and destructive as time went on. It became a battle of "upping the ante" who could become more hateful and destructive. I finally stopped when they came damn close to ripping me out of my body. Now many of you might think, well, there are laws and they can only do so much. Well, when you open a door the way I was, the laws don't apply. You invited it.
There are boundaries, know when you should attack and when you should back off and try something different
Don't get too impressed with fighting them off...ego is the wrong reason to retaliate. They have attacked, attack back, then leave it there and move on. If you attach your ego to how successful your battles are, trust me, you're in for a galaxy of hurt.
Hello, this is my first time here. My name is Liz and I am 25. This might be a bit long and I hope you will forgive me for that.
I have been under attack for 9 years now from the time i was in high school. It started by my big awaking, i thought i went to the 4&5th demention. alot of information and energy rushed in for quite a few days. that was when a black thinking demond jumped into me for only about 15 seconds but i could here thousands of little buggars laughing. I thought that was my only problem but over time i was proven wrong i was also under human attack. i went to shrinks for all the im hereing voices pills all of them failed and the more i got on the more i was attacked they started hitting at night and left greenish grey bruses on my face. i was told they had a dark army and this was going mainstreem. telepathy is not as rare as you would tink you would have to have it to know just how meany people have it. they have said things like shes "toasted" and "poached" and threats of turning me into a vegitable or a heart attack. some one said the damage was too bad it had calcified. what can i do to stop more damage? to stop this. ive had a budist munk disconect ties (cords) but they just keep comming back and he did remove the astral snakes as well as some demonds i had two one was sent to me by a person so what do i do.
