This happened last year in the city of Fortaleza, Brazil. Fortunately no one was hurt and nothing bad happened, as the rescuers were able to prevent the worst. A woman was threatening to jump from the window of her apartment, and a dark figure appeared moving upwards from the window beneath her. The shadow is visible from the beginning of the footage, rising subtly.
Everyone talked about it when it happened and they argued that it was just the window screen that fell off. However there is something else. At 22 seconds a light flashes quickly beside the woman on the building wall, and it apparently scared the shadow away, which you can see fleeing downwards.

It looks to me like the shadow is standing up in the window below and is committing suicide. It is possible that this same event happened to someone else in the room just below where the woman was at the emotional energy may have made him/her become more visible.

I tend to think it was a coincidental shadow cast by something else happening in the city, because it is the answer that requires the least amount of unknowns in order to be true.
But interesting to view the scene in the light of a supernatural event nonetheless.
You have to admit though it looks just like someone climbing out onto the ledge and jumping.

The shadow jumping by itself is an interesting alternative, it does look like that once you think about it.
In this particular video I suppose it could be anything, either physical or nonphysical, because one cannot say with 100% certainty what the shadow really is or what could be projecting it. The hypothesis of an object falling did not convince me, and I have encountered at least one other footage where a shadow creature appeared, and it left me with no doubt that it was a nonphysical creature. There was an accident with a motorcycle in which two men were killed. The shadow moved like a worm from one body to another and departed like a dark fog, making the strangest high pitched noise.
I've researched a lot into this in the past but not so much anymore. Religious texts say that some of these beings actually live inside the human body or soul causing disturbances, like parasitic entities. In the same way that a person whose immune system is weak is more prone to be affected by diseases, someone who does not have a spiritual awareness and discipline is more likely to be a host to some of these beings.
Um, hate to say this, but... could that "shadow creature" be some sort of water on the camera lens? :D
