I dont remember too much, it was 10 months ago, but i remember he disapeared and reapeared at the pillow part of my bed but on the side. I didnt feel nothing about him, the 2 dreams only lasted like a second or 2 each and i woke up.

The only thing I can think of (and this is grasping at straws, I really have no clue if it applies to your case), Robert Bruce describes something in his book, Practical Psychic Self Defense, about lifting a person out of their body to cut negative energy attachments and cords.

I was actually just reading one of Robert Bruce's books, Astral Dynamics, and in reading it I learned alot about astral travel. It is possible that this person you saw may have been one of your astral selves. I also had an experience around Christmas time a few years ago. I was justing coming down with the flu (or something) and was very sick. One the bus ride home from school I had a very strange dream. In the dream everything was black except there was light on this one man in robes, and I could here the words "jesus drinks water" said somewhere as the man water from a wooden bowl. I kept having that same dream over and over again for the next two weeks. So I decided to follow it and drank alot of water, and got better. Don't know if it was the water or the sickness just running its natural course, the dream just seemed pretty profound to me.

On a sidenote, in reading the book I learned that alot of my dreams may not have been really dreams at all, but out-of-body experiences. I even had one where this "guy" was taking me around teaching me how to fly & go through objects.

Ive been wondering about something about if i saw a spirit and if i did, did it help me? On christmas day last year, i got a very bad stomach virus, every hour i threw up multible times and it started early in the day, i was getting badly dehydrated, everything i drank came back up, and i couldnt move in my bed i was in so much pain. I kept trying to fall asleep but i couldnt, then night came at around 1230 i finaly fell asleep. But twice this wierd thing happened, i woke up hovering over my bed and there was this guy that was at the foot of my bed and he teleported to where the pillow part of the bed is, and he was easy to see in my dark room, he looked like i was looking at him at day time, but it was dark in my room, i woke up after seeing that because it scared my a bit, after i woke up i didnt think too much of it and fell right back asleep, then it happened again for a second time the same way. I woke up and didnt think of it until morning when i woke up. I was still feeling horrible in the morning, but i wasnt sick any more, i was so dehydrated that it felt wierd to walk on my feet and i was very dizzy. But then the stomach virus came back 2 days later, but nowheres near as bad, but it lasted a week. I couldnt come up with too good of an explanation for this except it was a dream, but it still has me thinking, did anythin happen with a spirit?
