Neg or my double?

I was in a lucid dream last night, a very strange one about a castle full of demons who run a business of entertaining and fine dining.  I awoke and thought "now that was odd"  and I put my head back on my pillow and began to feel something strange.  I looked around and didnt see anything, but it was as if my feet where being pulled on.  I thought "oh sweet i must be getting ready to exit!" and released the fear that was coming up  on me.  I then felt like I was being pulled out of bed, and could feel hands on my ankles!  Normally if I am afraid at the onset of these symptoms all sorts of nasty things happen for obvious reasons, but this time I was going with it and pleased as punch.  I even gave it a few seconds and felt it out, trying to figure out what was happening.

As soon as my butt cleared the edge of the bed and i started floating towards my door I freaked!  I thought for sure I was still in the physical and being drug through the air towards my door by something.  I began my usual frantic chatter (paralysis happens to me about 3 times a week, with varying elements of vibrations and feeling the presence of my double, which I am finally getting over my fear of) of "you dont own me, I own you, put me down!  God will rip you a new one if you dont stop this!"  Which im sure is rather whimsical to watch.     All while flailing my free limbs and wiggling my toes like a madman, attempting to break the paralysis in my legs.  This went on for about 2 minutes, getting closer to my door the whole time.

I broke the paralysis and expected to flop on the ground but woke up instead.  My questions are as follows  8) : If I was already out of my body during the whole thing then what was pulling me to my door?  When my paralysis happens I am always in the physical and it only lasts for a few seconds.  THis was very different, and the first time I had ever been actually moved by something or someone while out of my body in the RTZ.  I thought about the possibility that it was my double, but I already WAS my double!  I had no preconcieved misconceptions about the force and only observed it in the way I observe my thoughts during meditation at first.  It developed independantly and without being effected by my thoughts.  Any input would be awesome!

Yeah, I pretty much react the same way whenever I find myself waking up paralyzed ... but then I realize, wait a moment, there are no negs, this is just a manifestation of my fears, and then I put my mind to more interesting things like exploring. Only I don't get enough time! Oh well, at least I have more time than I would if I were wasting it trying to evoke the Archangels, the spirit of Lassie, Flipper and Cohen from Discworld (even though that last one would make for a good time).

Feelings of being pulled around lopsided and the such are pretty common from experiences I've heard about from friends. You'll get more stable with experience, I'm sure (or try moving your surroundings instead of moving through them). I'd just mark them down as interesting experiences and move on.

In any case, I'd say you're doing well and I'm sure you'll have lots more interesting things to experience soon ...

hahaha thanks for the reply.  All I can imagine now is you being flung around your room by an unseen force as lassie materializes out of nowhere, only to be crushed by flipper who poofs in and flops around while making random dolphin noises, much to your dismay of course!    I am SO close to getting over my fear of all of this, but it justs seems so real at the time, like it IS something else, and I can almost feel its emotion of anger towards me.  I guess only time will dispell this fear.
