Yep! I'd definitely go with NodesOfYesod's ideas there.

With any of these types of problems with energies or entitys always remember the laws of "Like Attracts Like". Fears attract, or outright manifest the things you are fearful of. Once you step out of those fears, you cease to attract the things that serve to justify your fears.

Moreso, consider that Like Attracts Like also means that when your thoughts are aligned with things of love, fun and happiness, that's what you'll attract to you.
So yes, believe you are as happy as a small child.
