these shadow creatures are getin to me HELP

I feel the negative bad force around me i feel my mind tense up, It happens when i think about the people experience on this site with them. I feel my mind build up and tense up.  I feel their is something in here and it shouldn't be here and i should avoid it. I said prayer and when i open my eyes everything left my eyes was brighter and all the tense release from me. It comes back again after awhile. Im thinking postive that i am stronger then them....I want to get rid of them i want to demolish these shadow creatures, But don't know how please help...Should i focus on medietatin please help

I think that this is just caused but fear. Stop the fear emotion through meditation and the problem should be solved.
