Can speak about Kundalani specifically, I can only say that the UFO phenomena is a very spiritual thing.  We are dealing with enlightened beings that have the capacity to manipulate energy in ways that we haven't even dreamt of, and that likely includes their own energy and chakras as well.  They understand the universe and it's spiritual implications on a level probably more advanced then even the Buddha did.  It's also a common experience for individuals to have strange and profound feelings of energy shifts in the environment and themselves during a UFO encounter.  Others have had intuitions to stay in certain areas, and when they do minutes later a UFO will make it's presence known.  Lastly, a close encounter of the fifth kind directly relates to humans telepathically inviting UFO's to show themselves, which has had an enourmous amount of success.  This leads to the very real probability that UFO's and their inhabitants are quite in tune with us and the energy that we can project to them.
