Unusual dream I can not interpret affected me physically

Hello-

I am new to these forums and this is my first post. I am hoping someone may be able to shed light on a bizaare incident that happened to me last night.

Yesterday I was feeling very ill (sore all over my body, like I had been jangled in a car accident) and it came to the point I was requesting relief (or intervention of some type) internally. I attempted to raise energy into myself. I went to bed and had the following dream.

"I was in my home and a lady asked me to show her a trick with fire (I know none, and I never deal with fire in any capacity) I flicked my ring finger with my thumb (like flicking a bottle cap away) and the end of my ring finger ingnited like a match. It went out quickly and then I did the same thing with my other hand.
All of a sudden my "ring toe" ignited and my lungs immediately filled completely with sulfur-filled smoke. I could not breathe"

Instanteously I woke up in my room and had to vomit badly. I tasted the sulfur very strongly in my throat, mouth, and felt it in my stomach and lungs. I am sure my breathe would have smelled like it. I felt absolutely terrible and I sat on my bed for about 2-hours. It is now about 10 hrs later and I can barely taste it. Although, this morning I was very nausiated and extremely uncomfortable until very recently.

I am confused.

in addition to whatevr anybody else says, how long has it been since you went in for a physical? i am not saying there is no spiritual stuff involved...only wondring about possible body troubles too...could play a roll i think, or at least you would want to maybe alleviate physical trouble so that you could focus on what you are doing....and not be dragged down physically and could aid you emotionally. that is my very simple suggestion, and it may have already occurred to you.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I actually have had a physical somewhat recently, and I am considering myself to be in good health.  I do not get sick very often, and when I do I fight it of fairly quickly.  

All the physical effects from the dream have worn off completely.  I feel quite good now.  I am most curious about the lingering taste and smell of sulfur in my waking life.  This was a very potent and distinct taste.  I have no idea where that would come from.

Hello and glad that you are feeling better.

The first thing to look at with dreams like that is the obvious sensation-induced fantasy... it could well be that you were digesting something unusual, or with a higher than normal sulfur content, etc, and burping while you slept, caused a dream to form and spread out to before and after moments.   Swedenborg wrote in one of his books about carefully watching, in the hypnogogic state, dream images form, and I have actually seen this myself, where a given emotion will spin itself into complex figures.   Too stomach acid "burns".  So then, Had you eaten anything unusual or had something happen  that may have interfered with your digestion?

That makes a lot of sense.  Looking back on the days before the dream, I cannot recognize anything unusual that would interfere with my digestion.  I may be overlooking something though.  Thanks for the idea.

  It has been claimed in the old records that certain demons give off a lingering smell of sulfur. The demons of this sort do not just appear but normally are sent by others.
  Do you have anyone mad at you? I have only smelled sulfur that is really strong after someone has eaten pickled boiled eggs with beer. Please do not try this at home.

Hello Nita,

I do not believe anyone is upset with me.  In fact, I can not think of an even remotely possible canidate.  I have no enemies and I make a concious effort to keep it that way.

I had never experienced any sensation, feeling, or experience related to sulfur prior to my dream, nor have I experienced one since.  Do you think this makes it less likely to be demon related?  What else might I experience if it is demon related?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that sulfur was a sort of "deterrent" for negs/demons.  I read that it is used to cleanse space that may contain these types of energies.  Is this false?

maybe just maybe in your sleep you actually ate matches which would explain everything the nausea and the sulfur taste and you'll probably say but I dont have matches in the house well it is iregular but I have done it (shhhhhh dont say anything) you could of gone to the store and gotten them in your sleep with your eyes open.
i know it sounds ridiculous but its happened

Hey THink, I'm with NIta on this one-
not to intimidate you - but the Demon I think she's speaking of - might not really care about sulfer like NEGs are supposed to- or maybe its trick just to get you to think its not a NEG.
Also, I had a simular dream containing a NEG as the main antagonist- me as one of the main characters- to make a long story short- I ducked behind a couch for prtection from an exploding helecopter crashing through the living room I was in- and the NEG was ticked that I got away- so it told me that the couch's rubber was so hot it was burning and melting the skin on my leg- I FELT the pain as real as ever- and sure enough- I woke up to one of those good ol NEG induced Leg cramp- probably a half-assed job at attempting to give me waking paralysis-
SO you See- trickery is the name of their game- thank god you have two brains.
