Unusual episodes recently

In the last two weeks I have had a few odd episodes in which I have had a full experience of an event happening prior to it happening. I often have OBE's but I have rarely had paranormal experiences within our own reality.
 
In each experience as it has happened I feel like I'm somewhat removed from body and watching the events unfold from the outside (I guess similar to an OBE but I'm watching myself from a third or second parameter).The events are completely random and have no symbolic meaning or importance.

One happened last week where I bought a coffee at work and decided to stop and read a news article on my iphone. Instead as I began to stop and read the article I felt an odd numbness and loss of my senses.  I then found I experienced the scene/timeline including what I was about to read before I even stopped to drink my coffee and look at my iphone to read the article.  I guess it was as if I suddenly separated fast forwarded a few seconds then rewound back again, a sort déjà vu but with extreme clarity.

These events have been increasing but the episodes as I have said are nothing meaningful, or symbolic and I have no idea why all of sudden I have developed this.  I sort of see them almost as glitches or a bug to my reality zone.
