skin sensation...any ideas

A while back, I had felt pains in my right arm just below the shoulder. It felt like my muscles were tensing up in order to try to break my arm. Weird, right? I charged up my left hand with energy and brushed away the sensations in my right arm. The problem went away. It was not immediate and it came back. Each time it came back, it was easier to remove and went away faster. It came back less strongly. It seems to be gone now.

Thanks for your response. I like the idea of charging up your hand, as it seems easier to me than charging up the whole body.

Hi everyone

I have a sensation almost like a slight burning on my right hand and over my right eye. Energetically I feel as if there is some kinid of attachment to me, and as I have experienced an entities physical presence, I know what it feels like.

This however is a constant sensation in one place and it doesnt move. I have tried rubbing garlick oil on it and also tried body awareness exercises.

In the past, I mentioned that I have marks on my body from an neg attack, but this doesnt seem to mark me.

Any ides
