If it was yours, it could be a psychic sense that saw it.

The only way to be sure is to see it with a naked camera.

Psi becomes visible when present in enough force. You must have done a lot of energy raising... I've seen psi as chi power, when two martial artist friends of mine fight. It looks like heat waves eminating from the point of contact when they punch and kick.
