Jill Bolte Taylor got a research opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: She had a massive stroke, and watched as her brain functions -- motion, speech, self-awareness –- shut down one by one. An astonishing story.

I am not sure if this has been posted here before.
I am not really sure as to where I should post this too.
So I figured it will go into this sub forum.

This is a fascinating story. It shows ourselves from a more 'scientific' point of view.
It teaches us a bit about our Consciousness.
