Title: question.

When you go into the astral you are tecnically going into another universe. It exists 'superimposed' on our physical universe.

Other than that, I'm not entirely sure. I don't recall anyone trying to access the 'multiverse' from the astral. Would be interesting!

Depends what you mean by universe. 1000 years ago, each continent was thought to be a universe.

Or maybe all physical places and astral are a simulation on a machine in some bigger place and you can never leave the simulation or know about it.

Hello Leon,

Since we are one with the divine Whole of All-That-Is, our potential of experiencing any part of It is not limited, IMO. Our only limitations are the ones we believe in.

It is possible that "the divine" is also part of the simulation, and since you'd be part of it too, you wouldnt know the difference.

There might be "universes" you can never get to.

yeah JoWo. That's more or less exactly what heard. That clears that up.[8D]

I had a dream that some flux ripped open the fabric of space and time, letting me goto other universes.

Who knows, maybe there are other realities with other astral planes, and so forth. Anythings possible..

Hello beavis,

If the divine would be part of a simulation that includes all of us, then this would be our reality, and we would call it that.  In other words, it wouldn't make any difference.

And if there were other universes that are in no way connected to ours, they would be irrelevant to our universe and whatever it contains. In other words, it again wouldn't make any difference.

how would you know if you where in "another" universe, especially if our universe is "infinite"

I think beavis is trying to say that there are infinite levels of comprehension beyond our own, how could any "human" or "god" ever say what the limit of reality is?

which comes down to the age old question- could god make a rock so large that even himself cannot lift?

I have a rather simple understanding of reality, and Im sure GOD exists, Im also sure that the "christian" god, and the judaism god, and all the dieties of hinduism, allah, yehova, they all exist.

however they only exist to serve the higher god of which (whom or it?) is completly incomprehensible by nature (however comprehension exists, so it is also a contradiction)

soo the universe is made up of double negatives, contradicting positives, and impossible impossibilities, if that makes any sense

and its not usless talking about it because.......... we can make heaven exist on earth?

lately thats what I only see as an explanation for our recent discoveries into the mind and science. It seems we are rembering how to become part of something so perfect.

I personally love earth, and If I was a god I'd chill out here for a couple of eternitys, (not alluding to my enormous ego, Im probally not a god)

but anyway, where was I? doesn't matter, you've probally read it already, in some other life/

Hey,

Infinite, I think, is really mainly a word to describe a number beyond our comprehension.

I am a christian and believe in the christian God. But according to certain scientific theories the unverse is expanding. I mean "expanding" in a sense that all of the many many stars and planets are slowly spreading out.

This in turn leads to the theory (I forgot the name) that states that nature favors chaos, which is a very interesting theory from my point of view. It means that all things will eventually be destroyed. And also when trying to build something that is perfect it will be at the cost of more chaos. Think of it as building a wooden house. In the end the house may be outstanding, impenetrable, it doesn't decay, in essence the perfect house. But then look at what you had to destroy in order to build such a house.

Everything in our mortal world has an end. Which is why some people believe that the purpose of life is to die. Because one way or another you will reach the ultimate slumber.

I don't know any of this for a fact. I just tell what I've heard or believe to try and make some sense of this reality.[:)]

chaos is simply a pattern we cannot understand
Title: question.

Not all chaos is made of rules we dont understand. If there were not some real randomness somewhere, the universe would be completely symmetric - a point or sphere (in however many dimensions there are). All points on the sphere are equal. If things started out not equal, that is randomness. If they once were equal, they obviously arent now, so something must have acted on all the equal things unequally. The only thing that can do that is random.

Chaos isn't really something we don't understand. If you want to make it real general chaos is anything that's not perfect.

Thats a weird definition of chaos.

I thought it was the opposite of order, anything which has no pattern, random.

Which is saying more or less the same thing I said. Except chaos truly does seem to lean more to anything that is not perfect.

According to this line of idea, I think there is only one universe.. splited into an infinity of "space time" (like astral is). But it doesn't answer Leon's question... So because I've never projected yet, I would say that human can experiment differents "space time". (If and only if I don't believe a Fake..[;)])

I lot of people would say too : All is possible !

In short, my answer is YES !

I'm not really positive whether this post belongs in astral projection or here because it deals somewhat with both ideas. Oh well, only a fool is positive.[^]

During astral projection is it possible to actually leave this specific universe and travel to another if you wish? I heard it was possible but I'm not absolutely sure.[8]

Maybe you know JoWo. Thanks in advance.
