Title: Time, mass, light speed in an expanding universe
Post by: Alan McDougall on November 10, 2008, 09:28:43
Greetings

Time as I perceive it in an expanding universe.

Reduce everything to only two remote stars in the universe. At either ends of the universe "I'm aware the universe has no edge but bear with me please'

They are in an expanding universe just like ours??

All the fundamental constant of physics and science are exactly the same as our universe.

There is a particle I call him K

The two stars are a 13 billion light years apart

A....................................(13 billion light years).............................B

K can travel along the fabric of space time, at any he likes speed   but of course not exceed the speed of light

K decided to take a travel at "half light speed" so the journey takes him much longer. The difference is the rate that the universe is expanding

A............K..................(.5.99 billion light years appox.)...............................B

Because the universe is expanding at greater than the speed of light K will never reach B this way

K decided do what is assumed impossible and traverse the expanding universe at almost the speed of light. As the universe is accelerating and expanding at greater than the speed of light:

A................................. K will never catch up ............................................................B

Even at the colossal speed of 9.999999++ of the speed of light

K used colossal energy to try and exceed light speed and reach his destination, but he is getting more and more massive. This huge increasing mass to indents the fabric of space slowly causing a black hole of unimaginable proportion and energy. Finally it causes the universe to begin to withdraw of condense back into itself

"Time stops for K" and instead of progressing towards B his huge mass begins to draw B towards himself and also begins to draw in the whole universe as well

K has become so massive that time for him as stopped and he can't progress future towards his destination.

Then his almost infinite mass begins draws his destination star B and well as the universe into his colossal mass

K has now become so massive that everything in the universe is compressed into him and he becomes a singularity maybe a seed in a new universe.

( "AKB') MERGE INTO ONE INFINELY MASSIVE SIGULARITY"

Only a .= point particle remains

K is now a new singularity the seed of another universe. By the sling shot effect of expanding of snapping loose from the universe, he can only go faster than the speed of light. Mr. Time or K finds himself now moving backward in time at a speed greater than 300.00 kilometers a second.

He can only slow down to close to the snail pace of the previous speed of light which is a new fundamental constant in a new universe by shedding huge amounts of energy to try and achieve this.

As he decelerated time begins to slow into the opposite direction again, and instead of compressing he begins to get less and less massive and more voluminous. If he could somehow break the new fundamental constant of this new universe he would strangely find himself expanding again and finally become a universe where time again flows from past to present again.

I see two possible outcomes a white hole creating another universe or: This of course if his deceleration stops at exactly the speed of light C

As K slows toward zero C he looses all his mass time stands still. This hypothetical new universe of mine must and I think it would only exist for the minutest time and then vanish like the singularity it became.

A state of zero energy must mean decay or vanish from existence

I know this proposal is very crude and would like the forum to help. I have a fascinating for time and its affects on the universe etc.
