a few things could
1. too much clairvoyant work like working as medium on platform too much it gets sore lol
2. an opening a veil that is coming off like a step up to a new stage we have many veils that are removed as we progress and some are more sensitive to this pressure
3. in past a few have mentioned pain when their guides want to desperately get their attention or a spirit is frustrated as when a grandfather pushed his fingers into his grandsons third eye and said look and then the son aged 50 yo finally saw while awake the warning vision of his own son in danger of being killed when a spirit thrusts their fist in there you tend to feel it .
