the prism is open but we must fill it with light
the nadis are open the snake crown emerges
the snakes must leave the garden
and now it must grow the flowers of life in us

first we make the nadis full of colours
these rise like snakes and clean out the tubes
so that the kundalini can fully replace the old energy
we can manifest a new self
and now we can breathe  prana into each nadi
and grow a garden of flowers of life to bloom above the crown
instead of a garden of snake heads lol
so the snakes must be taken from the coloured grass
and the grass must be taken from the garden as weeds
and the prana must become the nourishment of the new plants
which are enriched by the fertile soil of the immolated tree of life
which has been consumed and burnt in the fire and now a new one rises
like the phoenix through this
And go from the 6th dimension of eternity
Up to the mathematical 12th dimension
and further into the spiritual 12th dimension
to see the other side of the cone

Debbie saw an oasis in the desert as she left the great pyramid of the Divine plane of the Devas suddenly a wall sprang up to connect to the next pyramid there was only way
And that was along the top of the wall which formed the one path now

Jodi saw a spiral of colours all colours and the spinning that comes as we enter the centre between the two cones spiraling up tighter and deosil
then to unravel out and upwards still widdershins

I see the unraveling the unzipping the unbraiding has begun
I see the hand of God pull the flowers out and pull us away into another vase  

See the end of the local universe will peek  into another universe
See the spiral back up like a heart all around like a fountain
Up and out and back to centre of the two cones
The wheel of life is wider at the base of the cone where we entered
But as we traveled we speed up the path and lessons
the unbraiding is like seeding
We spread the message as we continue to grow

We must go down below the mirror and unhook each one
of the snakes from the grass
and ride it up colouring it in

Hindu Gods there when we began
Ganeesha Vishnu Shiva
Shiva showed us to pull negativity out
blow it away
do not destroy the vessel God created
remove the impure thoughts as water
blow them away as locusts like filth
it looked like his face was a monster blowing out flies like the image on The Green Mile  film

Then Thoth was there
he showed us to protect our hand before we put it into the fire
It is right to rush into flames
to rescue the innocents
but not until one is girded safely
or else we perish too
we are not impervious to the flames of Akasha

Then we saw Mohammed in a merkaba
shaped like a crescent moon beneath him all golden
he flew through the stars
we saw him fly to the stars themselves higher and higher
and reach a plateau
and climb out of the merkaba
and fly upon a white horse
We can fly so high on a merkaba
than we need to learn to enter the vortex
and now we must fly another way not yet revealed in faith it will be

Then we saw a Jewish male  
the one who performs the circumcision
the gist We must cut away too a spiritual circumcision

Then our head upon a chopping block
All of us made new
the old self must die to bring forth the new self
we see it bleeding away to the ground

Then out of Bill a green dragon who crawled into the water and submerged

Then out of lynda two dragons red and blue swimming

We saw a purple pillar of light and went down to the base of a volcano
Saw 4 tubes the smoke coming out of them
deflated no air no fire no earth only water

Saw dragons fog mist coming out of eyes ears nose water gushing
out of mouth no fire

Had to make ourselves water
Float to top to leave the cone
And to put the volcano out
We had to become as water
As the merkaba became all magnetic or all electric now our energy body must be all water

So we breathed in water prana only
filtered out the others
only water
we saw wall of water run down the volcano
We brought it into all chakras
saw running water forced up the nadis until it spins out
and makes a fountain of water out of the crown
It felt relaxing and cool no muscles no bones fluid
We began to drown in the water no air at all either
we are washed away no earth only water
we rise to the top spin out as a fountain into the upper upside down cone
Now we are in the upper cone what to do next ?

We see flames rising up the walls
We pull flames up the body
we feel dry hot
like in a sauna and then feel burning in nerves pressure
We have to rise like the flames up to the top
engulfed as a flame rising
licking the walls
the exit is close
up we go and out there is nothing at first
Only smoke in colours only darkness then we see white lines all going in one direction only one direction to infinity
The 6th dimension

We travel through the centre
it is the  present
we stop suddenly
at a yurka
a Mongolian in a  leather hat -helmet
says the warrior must go first
and Tom behind ladies in middle
baboon style
oh well gender inequity in space
but part of the path
the balance here as well
the strength of each
the reasons for 2 genders apparent

So we think what will happen if we let go
fall back into the cone and come up as air

Well it is easy bubbles all around bubble up
And we find we do not go forward at all we go up and up
Until a huge angel says we may not pass further
And we float down again to the cone

So we try earth
That makes us go down fast as a tree or sand or mud lol
We go down until we meet mother earth on lower plane and stop

Now where does water take  us ?
backwards to the past

water back slow
Air up slow  
earth down fast

25 March 2005- Bill Cath Jodi
a Lady  here as we blew out candle
so death begins as the candle is blown out
a calling card to spirit
Bill hears Zita
Jodi hears Akasha
I hear Sa lah key ta
no confirmation on the name

Two arms crossed
and handcuffed
scrolls  illuminated texts of ancients
will free us from shackles
ignorance restricts us
knowledge frees us
One side of flame is life
one side death
Turn the hand over and it becomes a skeleton
She holds a hand of a skeleton a dead arm drops
She lifts her other hand and the dead arm rises again
And it writes a message to the live one
So we must write a message in this life to our next one to recall

She gives us a silver heart inside ours
Do not make it heavy like lead
but mercurial everchanging
light and swift to learn
Keep up the speed
the momentum of lessons
as we wind upwards through the hourglass
We will eradicate karma leave nothing undone
try to pass cleanly into next life

Begin anew now
Bring nothing from past
Move away from those relationships of conflict
Observe do not take part
reflect but do not take in their struggles
That is their path
not yours
Love all
never take your heart back again
When the journey ends in conflict

White Eagle told me to place the piece given by Jesus in my hands
and make it a whole fish

so left is water past slow indigo
and right is fire future fast amber orange
and above is air slow higher realms cyan
below is earth fast lower realms land red

we leave the upper room go to aztec room of sun God
find a green tunnel down deep to the base of Pele volcano
then a green tunnel to the north
we find ourselves come out at Aztec temple climb up
see the rainbow rooster plumed
God of America fertility and agriculture
Kokopelli- a coloured serpent God

We see the cliffs below is the Sea of Galilee in Shamballah
we must go down no steps so we fly as spirit

we find an Egyptian boat
and cross to the other side a new realm on the border
we travel through the book of life
and are reminded to bring our students and peers here

to enter here we need to evolve
we see a butterfly
And we see four cones spinning on each other in four directions all crossing in centre
We had 6 souls now we have 12 we are stamped by Godhead and multiplied like butterfly wings

we must use eyes of storm to see here
the eye of infinity
helps us stretch imagination inspire uplift in times of hope
the eye of eternity
helps us find refuge sanctuary the realm of heaven known as nirvana

stories exist about those who
escaped the body and souls together
from opression and suffering places of pain , slavery
legends of  peoples of Mesa Verde who were being slaughtered
and cannibalised and their bodies disappeared
and slaves who told stories of being taken up like crows
and escaping disappearing en masse
the peoples that vanished over time in groups  
were reputed to have come here
to sanctuary

this is the place of rest and solace
away from the trials and tribulations

it is connected to shamballah by this bridge over Galilee from the aztec mountain to its shores near the crystal cave
the crystal caverns of Shamballah under the mountain of Shekinah connect to the crystal caves directly here
we see a tall spiral crystal and take a meditation within this one

the top of the cone is  diamond crystalline
I see this is a place of sanctuary and connected upwards
towards the stars to the temples of wisdom

We must go now up to the temple of Solomon
Bill sees a key on the altar we see the black curly haired
King Solomon in white robes
He rips the pyramid off a five over six pointed star
on the table and we go inside

There is a ceremony for men
Bill sees a gray circular platform
a throne in the centre
And one for women I see a moist musty black soil circle
We do the male ceremony first we sit one at a time
and the light comes down from top of cone through the head
to the feet and shoots out like a quickening

We do the female ceremony now standing holding hands in a circle
The energy seeps up from the ground into us and out of eyes ears and mouth and crown gushing like water
Now we see the rain come down and wash through us
and the volcano come up through the throne
we sit again one at a time
then Jesus blesses us and places his hands on our third eye
White Eagle places a diamond on our ring finger of right hand
says proud of us
Sanctified

We have a star
we are shown to follow always
there for us eternally
We see a triangle side of a pyramid
Part of our ashram must now be connected
to Eternity through Nirvana

Journal 5  Easter Sunday 27 March 2005 am Crown of Shalla
Jodi and Cath
Maitreya came in
then Lord Lanto
we heard we must move away from the politics and gossip
of the circles and churches near our neighborhood
try to connect and expand with circles away from here
where the path can be accepted
as it was in Balcatta
not too close to home
we were taken to the cavern beneath the river
saw the sea of Galilee connects
to the River of Life
to the River of Styx
came up in Om Shall ah
saw Tara a female Buddha sitting in a huge diamond
floating on the water
where the rivers cross and merge
in her hand two golden threads
one to land of Shamballah -Shangri La -Living light
one to Land of Om Shallah- Nirvana -sacred  sound
she send us between these realms down a stream
it appeared to end
saw a rocket and Goddard
and a bear then mother Russia and then Canada as a Stag
then a map saw that the waters bend in both directions around this peninsula and so if we followed the tributary to the right we went around another peninsula and came back on other side
so the sea of Galilee divides the two realms and where the sea appears to end there are two tributaries of the river on either side
if sailing to the point at the water gate we are sailing due west and then we turn to our right it is southerly around the bend and back again
we come to the western most part
it is always night hear
there above us is the starry realm
what appears to be a floating island
of crystal spear like towers
called the crown of shalla
we are taken up a pink vortex spinning rapidly into the centre of the island and we see a gorgeous angel of light
Astriel again the angel of stars
like a snow queen she is blue and ice and crystal even her face and hair  
wearing an outfit like Glenda the Good Witch of the North
from Wizard of Oz film
we walk with her through the crystals which represent the physical body
where we see foggy unclear crystals we can heal a part of ourselves
and from here learn to balance to go further
and to help heal the world by healing its crystals the same way .
she is joined by Michael , Nathaniel and Gabriel
Gabriel comes as the living word
his body symbolically as the bible
he presents Solomon to us
who puts a key on my left arm our 3rd key of Solomon
Jodi sees the sun come up and merge with the moon
in their marriage a vortex opens
a tunnel appears
and the merge is in centre
to travel to space and time
not like the ley lines
the opposite the ley lines of the grid are blue white magnetic colours
but electric hot
these are electric pink orange gold
but magnetic outside and cold
a balance
we saw Jodi turn into a Golden Lion headed female sphinx with her own face unmoving in the traditional sphinx pose laying halfway sitting up on front paws .
We meet again tonight

We have had 3 keys so far

Debbie get one indigo sword key from Michael and Solomon
It is the non dominant arm , truth and protection
it is the heavens realm and the lesson is to travel on  grid  lines of heavens above the ley lines of earth it is omega

Bill got the pink key from the altar at the Temple of Solomon
it is the chest the heart and love
it is the unification the one body
it is the Christ Consciousness

Catherine got the key of orange from Solomon
it is the dominant arm ,
it is the fire realm the tunnels and living light wisdom
it is alpha

and the star is formed

we cannot see the realm at first
and then we notice two sides a valley and air a mountain and fire
Maggie sees the sky as pink fire sunset
Jodi sees the other way is green air bubbles lightning
Andrew sees green but bill sees blue and tom sees red

I see both lands are here ; the lands of fire and air
as Shamballah was water female light OMEGA
and Om Shalla was male earth sound ALPHA
the Crown of Shalla was the marriage of the sun and the moon SPACE

Om shalla - as within so without

We look down we see this realm is above the diamond where the rainbow rivers of life and the river styx run into the sea of Galilee in Shamballah

The red side the volcanic mountain and the ring of fire
is a Warrior realm male electric hot destruction and fire TIME
The Cyan Green side the valley meadow and air
is a Peaceful realm female magnetic cool creative and air INFINITY

What is the name of this new realm ?Temps L'ors
We hear (Or lee un) Temps Loranne , Sans Lorann , Lorean , L'orleans, Lorraine , Maid of Lorraine (Joan of Arc )

We see a triangle split apart like a star like the chevron
or like the star trek badge lol

Each person must become part of the body
as the element
by breathing in only that prana
becoming that element

Then we must take the body over the ring of fire above the volcano
and float there in the centre of the chevron
And listen to the sound of the colour and its wisdom

There are spirits there that appear as lights
We will call them to us by the colour we become to hear their messages
We must be that element and join together to form a body

Andrew; fire amber right arm light wisdom destruction Buddha  =a new moon is rising on the east of the 7th star

heal self spiritually to heal self physically

Jesus; pink the heart love you must come as one to the next level as one body

the sun and the moon -the head

Together we must become the Sword a rapier deep into mother earth
not to wound as to denude her forests or to pollute her waters
but to help her take the charge of the new shift the quickening
and so we become grounded too ready for the shift in 2012

which is a quickening to raise the consciousness and vibration of the planet and so her people

these shifts come slowly over the centuries last one in middle ages

but they will come closer together with each one

many more of us must help to take the charge
the initiates
so we need more rapiers
to put into the world as spokes
like lightning rods to make the new shift energy come in  
we must do this together as a planet over time
And the earth must become the new merkaba the new sphinx
as must we as self as group as earth as universe

Look at our energy bodies now
We all have our colour on robes and maggie has eagle feet talons

Around our waist is a spiked wheel our arms are bound in the hub
our legs tight together too it goes from waist to hips

We must raise this hub and free our arms and legs to become a new merkaba for the group as a whole one body one group

We must move into buddhist moon festival with the sound of Ohm Shanti

And close our circle with the arms as colours spokes to the wheel

To make the wheel we must be one merkaba
raise it with sound vibration energy to free our arms and legs to fly

Journal 7 March 29 2005  
First Jesus appeared .Maggie had questions about Lord Maitreya and I had questions about reincarnation and Lynda about flawed copies .Jodi got that the consciousness came 4 times .Lynda got that copies are flawed . I was shown a mold and fluid pouring in but it changed with the world .
As the seed is dropped in so it grows but it changes as it will . Maggie that discernment is in your heart have faith .

Jesus made an indigo wheel hub and a spoke to each heart and we each heard his message .We went into hearts and listened to Jesus who spoke to each of us at the same time about these questions

Jodi saw a moon over the smallest pyramid hands and emptying the crucible .Bill got taken to a gorgeous cathedral and saw images of Jesus in stained glass and another figure he could not make out .Tom Christ of the Andes large hill rainbows around head and hands .

I got that each baker has a different recipe for bread a different oven the bread never tastes the same .So it is that God shapes our spirit but we change our soul according to the parents that are the oven and the baker's recipe which is the world as it was before we came into it again how we are enjoyed or whether we are burnt or undone is up to us we decide when to come out of the oven and what we will taste like .

And that if each human when born would go straight to the light staying on a path as if on the fastest horse we could each have been an avatar but we are distracted by the world and forget the path and the light and the journey and have to be reminded .

Jesus took us into a vortex that was purple and going from bottom SE to top NW .The tunnel was indigo magnetic inside and red electric outside and on it were two fingers the top was gold the bottom silver making a V like a claw around the centre of the tunnel . We saw we had the same two fingers on the energy body coloured in the index and middle but when the lesson was over a shadow of light was on the third finger which was the ring finger on most of us anyway . Mine hands had only 2 coloured in on each still .

Jesus told us the tunnel we rose through is like a motor the energy goes around it like wires around a nail to make it magnetic when it is charged with dry cells . The energy of the outersheath was electric and widdershins and inner magnetic and deosil for a balance the male energy spins in female manner .

Jesus took us to the Crown of Shalla we saw the female who works with Sai Baba there with the red mark on her forehead . We could not hear her but she was there all evening.

He asked us to lay into the crystal energy body that is there in the Crown of Shalla and heal ourselves . We had to send energy from our hands into the crystals that were cloudy or foggy . After we each had done that ,he asked us to lay into the crystal energy body and heal each other one at a time . He showed us to bring the light through the crown into the female storage centre and out of our hands and at the same time to bring the energy of sound up from the feet to the male storage centre and out of our hands . The light is male the sound is female . The male energy makes the hands go in and forward the female energy makes the hands go down finger down and the fingertips go outward.Jesus showed us how the energy glows in the body where it flows well and that it come in the crown and flow out of the eyes to see well clairvoyantly and that the men had good flow in a band around the neck and out into their arms but not so well out of the legs . The females tend to flow from the toes up to the chest and not so well out the arms .We must flow both directions fully to be healed .

After the healing session Jesus made a wheel in the centre again but the centre was orange and we threw in the bits of negativity and toxins we pulled out of the bodies to be transmuted in the fire .

Then he placed a huge egg over the fire and said this is the life of the new universe eat of it . We went inside and it felt like a heartbeat sound in the  womb we ate some of the egg but it replaced itself that fast . An Easter Lily grew from the centre outwards and we rode it out .

There was a lovely shower of beautiful jeweled lights coming down .

We went up into a long cloud vortex from the window to the dining room . We saw two golden threads in tubes of red and blue upon which we stood they became influent and effluent we felt the ebb and flow . fire electric up and in ,water magnetic down and out .  Quan Yen gave us a lesson about the scales of abundance . As we heal we are healed in kind . As we are generous we are abundantly given by the universe . In the Bible it says Do not cast pearls of wisdom before swine this is true but do give to all your energy ,love and light . They will not be able to all receive it the same way . But as you give it so it is returned to you in abundance .

There was a throne with Thoth on it with crossed legs beneath it and high vertical columns on the arm with bands of Gold . He was in sapphire .Isis stood across from him in Gold with long gold ear ornaments her throne behind her and she held two spears that became torches or blue and amber and the flames twice as tall as the flames of cyan and red beneath the throne which were inside and below and down and sound above was outside and up and light .

She gave us an eye of wisdom from her forehead it was cyan . This is the eye of air the eye of the right ear you hear the colours see the sounds with it .Isis told us to breathe in cyan prana only and then we were able to see her face before that we had to see with the sound crudely and wrap it around one image at a time like being blind and only able to focus on one item to discover it at a time .

After we breathed in the cyan prana her face appeared and then colours of the room appeared . We saw a golden sphinx with an indigo sphere  in its mouth .The sphinx had Bills face and the eye was like a ball of yarn with an unwound thread to the fireplace . I feel this means the indigo eye of Horus can be used now to see at a limited distance and that the eye of the air can see not as well but much farther .

Lynda Tom and Maggie had Eagle Beaks and Jodi and Bill were lion sphinxs as was I but Maggie also had the Elk  horns on her head although the smaller female sort .  I had a large long armed grizzly bear behind my lion . We appear to be growing a third kind of sphinx now sort of like a totem pole in its aspect so far .

Bill saw a Zulu warrior at fireplace we did not get a message from him .

I saw a short chubby male with facial hair balding and a mixed energy over him it was – Robert Monroe with  Eliphas Levi overshadowing him
I feel they came together and might be of the same energy unsure but the message was about Levi's exile from  the Catholic Priesthood and his initiation into Hermeticism and esoteric occult knowledge . Levi was difficult to hear easier to see . I feel they will return more clearly .

We all saw Saracen Shields of the Knights Templar standing round the circle with chain mail hoods and long white mantels and red cross of the order -Tom saw one of these Saracen shields  had 2 leopards on it

I heard Jacobites then what sounded like
(yacobee ) I learned that there was a Scottish Jacobite Order of Knights Templar

There were priests and that they were there for a funeral of Pope

They gave us each a spiritual shield
with a symbol on it not unlike the union jack an 8 lined shape
but two tunnels and two ley lines they said
and then it evolved and rose to become
a stylized cross with fleur de lis ends
and the red electric and blue magnetic veils blowing in wind around it

We learned it was the order of St. John of Jerusalem superimposed over the cross for the Knights Templar .

the middle channel is the way of truth
the other two are the extremes to avoid
if we take either extreme we can look in the mirror
and see the other half that we left behind
if we choose to take one path over the other
we will still see the same conclusion if we look to the mirror to balance our means

I  heard -Marchons, marchons!  in french which is let us march on
(as thru the tunnels of time and space upon the ley lines )

I saw a volcano and a white coffin
and came to my mind the news today  that the pope is near death

Sai Baba was in front of each of us one at a time

Over Jodi he demonstrated we must go in the left ear and out the right ear to open the left ear

I got the silver cord inside the  antakarana spinning and unraveling the  two ribbons  unwrapping the energies of blue magnetic and red electric
fluids and force .

Tom ears were covered by Sai Baba's hands I heard." One can see better when ears are covered and can hear better when eyes are covered

In this next realm when we cannot see we can hear when we cannot hear we can intuit and know in our heart with faith there are limits to the sight of the eye and then we can hear to the limits of sound and then we can feel when we develop this sense we will be able to perceive in further realms to see with the hearts eye with faith

We learned that there is another spiritual eye called the eye of the heart which sees in in the complete darkness

Bill had an eagle flying towards his chest which  turned into a phoenix before it entered his heart and then waves of sound were seen in geoconcentric circles of blue coming out his heart . I heard as we learned to receive so shall we learn to send . We can inhale elemental prana but we must also learn to exhale it .

I saw 5 pink long vertical lines become stairs to the volcano and went down the volcano the throat of the dragon .

Bill came with me and saw mirrors all around the inside

I saw a white coffin being lowered like a stick of butter into the mouth
And then Bill left and went to a cathedral .

And Jodi went to Sveta -Also had St Maria Goretti with her the patron saint of innocence and those oppressed by violent men .

Tom went to the Basilica in Rome  .

And Lynda went with an Egyptian which she was unsure but she got a cobra come to her .

So we decided to spend a few minutes on our own to see where we each were taken .


I went into the volcano saw the pope was not in the coffin
He was risen.He lay in a sarcophagus and his head was measured by golden calipers of Horus .I heard ,"as he is you will be your heart has been measured and so your soul and your knowledge shall be too "

The Pope rose and Jesus asked him to give communion and so many were there that were still alive and the knights templar and illuminati
The pope gave us communion and it was glowing golden and floating as an egg of life with the point down .

He took off his pontiff hat and placed it on my head it became a tiny symbolic one he said ,"You, all of you ,become little shepherds ...please to my flock "

He told us that the illuminati Saracen shield of the knights Templar  was an order of piety .He gave us golden rings in a long warrior's knuckle of  lacy golden style emblemic of  the two tunnels and the the two ley lines on the shield .

I asked why the others would not come with me . Quan Yen answered for me to breathe water in and then let it come out of the the hands to influence for the greater good -See it as indigo bubbles - the pearls of wisdom To allow others to see a viewpoint or perspective breathe in the prana of water and let the message flow clearly and purely .

Bill went to a  cathedral with stained glass windows and then to the pews in a small church . He heard an angel say that the pope is going to visit his people around the world to say goodbye already.He saw the pope with his arm around a unicorn's neck .He said the cardinals were bickering over succession already .

Tom saw the pope triple crown on a small red cushion in the Basilica already being decided upon whose head shall it rest . It needs to rest on the heads of humanity but even my mates cannot want it they do not see any value in the Catholic Mysticism as I do . We share mystical pursuits but not my passion for Christ or Catholicism . Jodi and Andrew prefer the Buddhist Faith . Tom and Bill are Christian Spiritualists . Lynda is very eclectic in her faith life and prefers no religion .

Lynda and Jodi saw a pond they dove in and got worms of jeweled colours living light and sound around them and a lotus blossom in hands from Quan Yen .

We came back shared and tried to breathe in the Akasha as the silver 5th element .We breathed it in and exhaled it to the circle out of our hands and then rebreathed it in again .Then we saw what we wanted to manifest and then we heard answers to questions before we finished asking them

We saw the gematrian body around us now . We are still integrating this subtle body and learning it's wisdom . Tom saw it as aqua violet and gold bars above the head .I saw the egg shape of it pulsing and two golden crowns in the centre apex .Then a golden door over the heart which opened revealing split selves .And I was reminded of Franz Bardon's Hermetic mirror to improve self by finding the middle line .Not gluttonous to become morbidly obese not bolemic or anorexic to waste away either but the middle path of
balance .

the flow is intrinsically coming up on this one so we breathe in prana from soles up to throne out through crown and that works best

one thing that is unique to this new understanding that the energy comes in both root and crown at the same time in a circuit if the seeker has opened the nadis completely that is to exude the snakes from the throne of God not to disgard them but to empty the channel and to see the crown of them writhing above the way

Went to great pyramid -behind queens chamber

Black throne on upper dais purple energy there the throne of thoth ...
I learned this is a name for the style of energy throne .

These thrones  have  tall stately columned arms

In front the throne on right as you face it
It is electric lion red with cyan energy like lightning
coming from ceiling into it

-and on left as you face it is indigo eagle blue magnetic
with golden energy crashing down from ceiling

We sat in the empty thrones one at a time
we learned more about shapeshifter energy
and answer questions as we formed them
tapped universal mind here .
It was hard to stay focused energy deep
We cannot understand all the answers .
They come quickly in symbols sounds words messages

A sphere was  given to each of us thru  Billy
We were learning about the animal wisdoms of the new sphinx

Billy summoned a crystal dragon  
by gaving each of us a  spear
with a different colour of an element .

It flew us to a crystal pyramid kings chamber

An angel appeared in a lavender dress

I went back to that room behind the Queens antechamber wall
in meditation alone

while chatting online  about it .

It was coming from a door behind the upper dais with black  throne of Thoth which had rams head on the vertical pillars forming the arms .

A ram's head God was sitting on the top throne now .

He  beckoned to me to come forward
Then he hit his staff and the door slid open but I did not go in.
I retreated to find out more .
The energy was still sexual in nature and daunting almost negative.
And very deep like I  was falling asleep .
So I retreated to ask
to learn before entering the passage he had revealed
behind his throne.

We learned that he  was Khnum the first of the Gods from Egypt . He was the God of childbirth and  Fecundity.

10 April Sunday 17th Lesson
I woke from my sleep recalling test was there in the chamber entrance
I found myself as I woke that morning in the chamber I had dreaded
A round dais like high concrete slab was there still but no brilliant jewel like colours  here .Nothing there now .
But Jesus was at the entrance .
He put his open right hand in front of his face
He swung it up and down as if to say this is not a place for you to see
I looked anyway I saw the Ram God was naked now.
I said  i am  not supposed to be here
but  my heart betrayed me
I did look I was curious though I had answered otherwise
I was cast into the chamber like refuse
my feet were pulled out beneath me
The back of my head hit the concrete dais round and hard it was
-Before me stood an open mouth like the leviathan
Gaping and dripping teeth all around it like a dragon
-I asked what is this sight ?
I was told the gaping maw of hell
I was bound by a snake like entity of silver and black threads of energy
a negative energy of a gray rope like snake a large one
wide as my arms I could not wrestle it from me
which tried to bind me
my arms hurt still as I wrote this
-It tried to pull me into the gaping maw .
I heard the unclean spirit
-It burned my flesh
-I could see my flesh laid back
-And scourged Ethereal green fire
laid my flesh to the bone from elbow to wrist
I cried for Jesus I cried to Michael I called him 3 times
But I did not see him was he there
Often we do not see when we are clouded by negativity  evil
I cried out to God to take me up from this place of inequity
Then I was lifted gently by an angel like I was dead like a rag doll really
My guardian  Angel took me up in arms
-And asked whither shall I take you
I begged to go to the gate of justice
- not knowing why that should have come to mind
and asked for help and asked for knowledge-To plea my cause
I was taken instantly
Saw myself clothed in radiant white toga
-Flame upon my left hand like a sword of flame tall as
on the right hand I held scales of justice

I proclaimed my innocence .
But I saw no help gained so I said "I looked I should not have looked"
but I was not entering the room I was tossed into it like rubbish.

The gaping maw of hell on right as you enter on the left as you enter the Eye of God is to the left of the Queen's Chamber
and to the right the upper room and entrance to Shamballah .

Straight ahead the river lies A spiritual nile flowing into the river styx and the Rainbow Waters of Life there. If you  continue straight on
you will see very high cliffs and many chambers there on either side.

But to the left is the other side of the queens chamber where you may enter and see the eye of God first .

If one goes straight up and above there lies another entrance to  the universal mind .

but came out of last one as the cobra

went into the egg made divine sparks
then stayed in egg as universal mind came out
Buddha appeared blue and old full bodied this time
he put his hands in each heart and twisted it
put his hands on our head
and made a dome shaped hat
come over our ears
we saw him strap it under our chin
then he said when the sound an light come together
in the great storm of the kundalini
as lightning and thunder
it will make the unprepared be insane
but we will be safe silent lucidity silent serenity
saw a gateway

From 4 hermetic colours  the cobra emerges as silver fat like the mother of the nest  it stands erect for a moment  then the children of the snake fall down like beautiful coloured hair as long as the shoulders
They writhe out with sound and they form something new i feel it is again to do with the outer and inner manifestations of the energy body  the outer being the merkaba or its greater aspect not yet revealed .

It has to do with lunar clock  and with the music of the spheres , the celestial dance and sound and light coming together as lignthing and
thunder in a storm of kundalini as heat and rain as pure divine love the perfect blend .

The cobra itself comes out of the head the fat silvered one of akasha
it embraces the heart in a necklace that covers the shoulder emblemic
it sits there a while too  another stage .Then another comes up at the chest is it the same one ?or the second i am not sure .

The culmination is two though  two large snakes then black again  like cobras king and queen facing out from the mystic  and thick as a mans leg the head huge as the body is on a human thoracic cavity .

I feel that the two cobras will come out of the tan tien and dance upon the heart of the mystic  and then become as one wills an extension of the energy body . This lesson is  an upward spiral another level  as the two lions did once .

The heart is in a circuit of prana which is magnetic and electric .I saw red and blue stripes of prana moving in two seperate spirals  of 8  one of infinity one of eternity .Now the orbs generated four cones of pranic energy self sustaing  will begin the "immortal body" which is not truly immortal in the physical but regenerates the mystic and prolongs
health life love .

Now then the two other cones  are like unto an hourglass above and below the heart  all of these orbs and cones from them are extensions of
the heart .I  go into your heart chamber then i looked down and saw the lower tan tien  transforming in front of me .From what is called the gaping maw of hell into a geoconcentric tunnel of wondrous rainbow light in l 4 jewel tone hermeitc colours and quite stunning .I wish i could draw it i will try .

I went to the upper chamber .I saw the upper tan tien the third eye female caput has not changed enough yet  it will though .It is transforming now  becoming the heart of the redeemer I saw symbolically the people of the earth the unaware ones reaching up to God  and recieving hope .They were in a sea a surf of energy body colours that
were all violet still in nature violets and indigos .I intuit they should become rainbow too  but for now they are compassionate .I saw SOS
I heard  save our souls this is  the heart of the compassionate redeemer .

Christ energy in the higher tan tien  and a buddhic energy in the lower tan tien .Centre is the universal mind in the anu dan tien in the
mystics heart is the universal mind .I  hold two threads they were like veins and artieries  red and blue like magnetic and electric .I was  told to hold onto them wrap them around my waist my solar plexus actually and be tethered . I understand this to mean that we will be able to stay
longer absorb more if we balance self in the centre  and if we go as two we are holding the window open in balance for another for this stage .

The glorous golden body is cloaked in moon light look and find it . I did
i saw it beneath in a robe of moon like a construct of glowing solid white lines  by wrapping sound around the energy body like infrared sight and x ray sight together ,The eye of eternity is not fully open we will see much better soon .

I feel the cobras must become golden too btw  silver  white black  both black : both golden : not all steps known to me yet

not just the 4 orbs as we are begining in the anu heart
chamber abover the heart chakra  but each tan tien and each new tan tien made i intuit 5 are now made in us 5 tain tiens  but we willmanifest more all 7 chakras will be split as 4 too

Male must become aqua an easy shift on the colour wheel
if  come to the female as indigo the union is not divine
it is blessed and white
if  come as aqua to the female of magenta  then the union is divine or golden

focus to go past self to  highest self
that is the point of transformation
to ascend oneself one's higher self to become the new highest self
not just to ascend

the female is the magenta but she is is a blend of red and blue
the male is the indigo primary not a secondary if he adds green
which is the medium of sound green air and  blue sound

who is already the blend of magnetic and electric as magenta
their dance culmiates in golden divine light  which is sought

which is not perfection but the soup of it all
if the egg is fertilised it is viable and divine and golden
so the man becoming aqua i intuit is like the fertilization
of the egg the female has magenta the male needs aqua
in her completion she is paradoxically incomplete and
cannot fertilise herself

but he prana is caught like a fish in a net to continue being used

the breathe of the prana is different than air

there this is the exputrification

the other chambers open
and we are more powerful more glorious still
this is a  pranic knot

I visited a mystic  in RTZ we are peers and mentors to each other .
I told him I could see him and what was in his room but that i could not see the rest of his home could not seem to leave thru doorway or window came thru ceiling as an experiment he had me follow him to yoga class
i saw his energy body and lost track of the room around him .I felt i was in the street and lost his auric sense as he blended into a crowd .I saw him then again as golden rings which became bigger as he spoke to others entering their aura .

I asked him later (online and concurrently bilocating to his room )about the invisibility of the rest of his home . He suggested it might be to
some extent due to his protection and blessing of it. I saw a red warm spot in energy on lower left arm He was aware of it said he had been healing that  mark a wound developed at the start of his path .

I  saw a cup and light flowing in it but no body was holding it. Then I saw my friend become a gorilla at a keyboard with a cup in his hand .Then he was a man with a  towel over his  head and a libation was being poured over his crown  by an ancient jewish high priest in a desert .The gorilla totem means :Family oriented, mother nurturing, intelligent, strength, useful of the enviornment,. I heard old man of the forest an ancient
wise one .The libation was a blessing from Enoch the prophet the towel a blue white striped towel like the flag of israel with a star of David upon it .

He told me Enoch spoke the language of Demons . I said I know him as a
man of love and light only . He said there is no such being ..there is no ultimate love and light ..it is just one side of the coin.

I saw there  a male skinny old teacher indigo ashen in colour .There were four angels near the door they are stern looking i would say warriors.I saw my friend walking across a bridge and about to fall then I  see him hiding on the bridge . I hear refuge.I feel he is  being attacked and that  this is a warning . I see him come to a precipice the bridge ending . He cannot go back he has a decision to make . He has to fly or jump and fall .I see Michael is one of the warrior angels trying to talk to my friend about spiritual protection for the journey .He told him how he is  being watched cared for made safe by angels but that they are aware he does
not call them and caution him that he  should .

But to this my friend says Why ? Michael  says you must learn to call them . I  feel he has no faith in them . He replied " no faith at all" I said ," i  feel you think you can do better yourself and i am so sorry you feel that way "I saw the indigo ashen male was a demon  in the room  black
armour wearing a headpiece like a Samurai warrior . He is not human never was .He is a beast  a male  he is by the window pacing there back and forth .And the angels watch you as your higher self calls them in  they are there .The demon has something sticking out of his nose
his nose is not human pig like with  tusks of a boar.He is Azura the enemy of Matsya . I wonder why the God Vishnu came to my home as the avatar Matsya and the enemy came to my friend's house as his enemy Azura Hayagrivya . What is the lesson here . Is there something i do not understand about the two sides of the coins and the gray edges on them .This is a lesson for me too . I felt safe in this home as a
visitor .But this shows me  he is not aware as i once thought. He  doesn't see him and any entity could come in here .

I said , "You dont have faith in angels or in God or in Jesus or in any Godhead I see an empty vessel the cup the gorilla had is your spirit . You are a good one ..you are a being of light ...and yet without faith you will
be like an empty cup .I have asked for you to be protected this night ". But my friend says ,"why?"I said " to draw faith into your heart from your own truth ."He told me ," do not interfere" "Well then i will not, alhough I have already asked for your sake .

I saw Jesus appear . He showed me his face so clearly and said why are you here daughter ? I said i am coming to the house of the Lord . He told me he would cleanse this home for my faith's sake . But Lord I said why does he not want that . He told me to stay and ponder upon my questions .

So to my friend I said I would not allow anyone to be scourged by a demon or possessed . I have seen it .It is not pretty .It is painful Why would you allow it ?Or have you given refuge to it ?Is it here by your will ?And are the angels there to protect me to show me ? I am sad  gnite my friend "He told me , " faith does not fill the vessel"I replied , "Do you see this one ?Did you invite him to your house ?Does he pretend to teach you ?This is not a smart one This is a deciever He is called the scourger
of souls ,the scraper the blemish giver . He is the glue .He opens the paths to allow further deeper attachments that lead to insanity  and never to empowerment  or to enlightenment  or to love or light .

Another  dark night of the soul has come upon you now  as you will be given up to your choices and must choose light or dark or gray
but a choice must be made tonight that is why the angels are there .You are ancient ,wise , strong and you can open your eyes and see this for what it is  a deciever a rope  the mark on you  is growing .I must

In the hot tub I was shown how to make a double pranic knot
through each tan tien
And then told to make a double pranic knot through each chakra
As I breathed I heard this rumble like energy
A thunder in my ears so loud I felt others must hear it
This is not stomach gas
It doesn't feel or sound like it
It is energy it can be felt only in the space between the chakras
and only between the one being breathed and the one below it
It is like the sound of thunder rumbling inside of you
and it is both exciting and intimidating
With each breath the cobra thick as an arm comes up

It comes up one notch and there it rests

A gash appeared on the left side of the head

4-Mother Cobra wakes the children -Monday night i went to each home this morning projecting there to say "wake the cobras" -wake up the children and i appeared as a golden black -snake cobra . When I awoke i taught cobra breaths to Jodi and Andrew .

5-Dragon Wings at andrews home he was angry he got stuck ,he screamed you are not listening when i suggest that he just turn around but he screamed again
he was in pain emotional and spiritual .He had ripped his hands through his lungs and pushed his arms out . I said don't worry Andrew it is just spirit go one and turn yourself around . But he yelled again saying i have something to say listen to me.

6- Demonic Self Begins I feel now after talking to Jodi that Andrew means to help us make the wings emerge and she must make-the arms come out of the heart -We have an image of kurma with turtle leg like hands -coming out of a turtle shell / back of cobra head skirt-i feel we must move quickly to become the dragon ourselves -we ascended to a heart chamber of god
koothumi and khali.

7. Divine mother and son relationship . He unbirthed  into my uterus and crawls up as light into  my right ovary.Then comes to my left breast calls me mother . Then he  bites  the head off of the other cobra in the urn  which breaks my heart as he burst through it .in two and I die –He hands me a pyramid with the red sunset I go into the chamber of God and lie upon the magenta lotus blossum . I see a candle  the flame floats off and comes into me .The divine spark comes to impregnate me  in the chamber of God's heart -the immaculate conception . These visions are roles of the divine dance and teach us about the creation of life and help us to fashion the divine vessel for our body in our next life .

Andrew is the prince. I woke up aware of breathing lessons again in the teaching realm
with Shiva and Kuthumi . We are taught to breath up red and blue cobras of kundalini with pranic breath thru a pegs . These pegs are smaller immature tan tiens . The effect is to imbibe the body with light and air to elevate consciousness and to heal the body sustaining the pranic breath more fully in the framework and to relieve the suffering of the kundalini to slow it down so that the flame is brought into balance with growth in self . It is only through a thorough integration of the lessons of love in our life that we can continue to grow .

As we visualized and manifested the gold and black pegs we saw ourself on the crucifix nailed . Then as the red and blue cobras of electric and magnetic fluid ascend the lattice we saw ourselves as dead within the Egyptian sarcophagus . As the cobras come to the top they are born and the body rises in the sarcophagus in a gentle levitation symbolic of conquering suffering and death .

When the red and blue cobras became manifested in the crown the two eyes of the cobra opened a bit painfully as if light entering the eyes on a bright summer day after leaving the dark theatre . The left eye is cyan the right eye is red they look like jewels emerald and ruby .  The mystic can dwell within these eyes for a short time . The green one is the past . the red one is the future .These eyes appear on the energy body on either side of the head . The eye slits are about 10 cm long .

As I practiced these lessons I became aware of projecting out of my body in a plane not up and out like a line thru the ceiling but as a sheet of paper . I intuit this type of projection will sustain the image better allowing others to see you in RTZ if you choose . That is to learn to project the image of self to another that is clairvoyant and awake in a real time in another place .

This is the weekend of the Wesak Festival in the Wesak Valley

It is the full moon festival of late April to May where the Christ consciousness and the Buddha consciousness come together to bless the planet . They appear clairvoyantly pouring urns of red electric and blue magnetic energy from the sky to the valley below. It is the most holy day of the spiritual year for the Universal Path .

We opened in prayer and humbly invoked the presence of Archangel Michael to take us in a group merkaba to the Wesak Valley in Shambalah . We were covered in a sapphire blue domed merkaba
and came out near the jungle bridge at the base of the mountain near the great pyramid . We were on the opposite side of the river near Silver Birch's Camp . There is another mountain range here and a lush  green valley.Entering the gap between the mountains ,we walked into the Wesak Valley .The valley was crowded with people live and dead . Some were floating some standing sitting or walking closer to the temple . The temple was at the far end of the valley atop the volcanic mountain . on the left of the temple as you face it there is a river descending the mountain from a waterfall which blends with a slight flow of lava in a double stream of red and blue .

Above the conjunction of the lava and water flows and slightly right is the pillared temple with a central golden domed roof .Above the temple was the Angel  Gideon with golden wavy hair appearing hugely out of proportion . He held a golden flame like candle to start the ceremony .
On the left cloud bank floated Jesus wearing a pink sash over a white gown pouring red magnetic  fluid into the valley ,



On the right cloud band  floated Quan Yen holding a tall thin urn  pouring blue magnetic fluid .





In the centre smiling hands upon his chin laying down was vishnu all in golden light and a red garment .Coming up the river on a raft was a Yogi like Gandhi on the green flame . We did not recognise this one and felt it was a mystic yogi from the future not realised on earth yet .



Two triangle platforms on high right mountain held a contingent of orange shaolin monks bald with swords and a shallow pond lit with candles was before them they were prostrate in prayer .To  the left we heard "prayers of the faithful" and saw angelic figures robed in violet with fire in their faces. At the mountain the river was full and rushing wide but down river   it was a gentle stream  narrow enough to step over at the gap .

On the left side of the angel shoulder as you face the temple was the Sun set red and golden on the right it was beginning to become pale blue and the full moon was rising . Soon the sun set . The golden flame touched by angel over centre of valley .Twelve lights come out of the golden flame and went to 12 points floating across the vally to form a  circle . This made a golden dome of light above the valley and a grid of flat white lines of light on the valley floor .

We had to sound an ohm 3 times the whole crowd in unison . We waited for the signal when the last light was lit and the dome was made .

The river filled with crocodiles coming toward the gap
To measure our worth, Egpytian style . Our Great Ohm brought up the pillar of all godhead light turning widdershins slowly . We had an egg of golden glowing around us .We had to throw our heads back to breathe out prana like a fountain to fill up our eggs as we sat in them in lotus position
This made them gold and we levitated all at once the entire crowd .
Then we were drawn deosil around the pillar closer and closer in geoconcentric circular fashion in floating eggs . When were assembled at the pillar we became soldiers clad in Khurma turtle shells on front and back with sandles . We looked identical we were all the same height and all had dark skin and black hair . We were all African male soldiers with a spear in the left hand and a torch on a staff in the right we walked in precision chanting a male song .We walked solemnly in two lines to the steps where we all became Polynesian  women with dark skin and long black hair barefoot with flowered garlands of vishnu and flowered sarongs .We ascended  the platform there were 3 plate saucers on right milk blue on left honey gold in middle red plate Filled with bread some for all and always enough . Ganeesha was there in blue and silver  showering us with blessed water . Then we walk to left crawl over his head like naked children . We were all white naked toddlers laughing with short curly red hair like cherubs .

We went swimming in water 3 rivers yellow pink blue .Tom said the conjunction looked like india .There was an island in the centre of this
We all got out .There was a big egg in centre an two statues of lord and lady .We saw the gold and blue making spirits .

Rhiannon was there pale white skin crimson and silver starry outfit she handfasted andrew to jodie.Tom approached with purple robe and pope mitred hat and golden sphere like merkaba gilted . He placed it on each of their heads and handfasted them in commemoration of the divine union
They became a tree together just one .Then pink blue aqua white silver lights all and every colour light and finally golden all colours many times before .Then the heart of the tree burst and flower of life spheres came out like roses floated out .These  became indigo or golden flowers and floated into the chamber of the egg. Then they formed spirit children who joined arms in pairs walked a bit together and then left split apart for earth .

We saw a dinosaur egg pit . In our hands were our sapphire blue eggs or urns we we placed into this pit with a magenta humming  floor.The eggs glowed and became golden .An angel came and took them in a boat an ark of life .

We held hands the whole circle the whole as one .We went to the white palace of shamballah .Outside on the lawn the cobras came out of the grass .A red cobra and a blue cobra ran into our legs and up into our energy body . It felt great full of energy .We held hands said thank you prayed and returned to home .

Sat 23 April L 33 Communicating with Cobras
There are 3 tan tiens the centre is the Dan Tien
It has a mated pair of Pharaoh cobras one Silver Queen one Golden King .
The lower and upper  tan tiens have a royal cobra which is the mystic's gender surrounded by a court of 4 to 10 cobras at this stage.

Assign each of pelvic cobras to a specific mystic of opposite gender .
And assign each of crown cobras to specific mystic of same gender ;
In a meditative state project your consciousness through one cobra to project to that mystic or to connect with them and send healing or energy .Remote viewing is also possible in this manner . When the mystic responds to you in kind you will note their place on the sundial pattern and see that the sphere of energy that returns come in at that place .

The divine arms of God are a mated pair of silver and  female cobras in the dan tien to attempt to connect to any non mystics male or female .

I sent to Jodie through the gold cobra on the dan tien and found I got visions of her in the future . The energy is sent from the third eye as light in a message to far right get future or to far left get past .Go straight at that time project and look With permission.

It is good to seek permission of peer mystics to avoid karma and harm to others . Send for the greater good with love and light and learn with wisdom .


Sun 24 April 34th Lesson -Meditation -Crown of Goddess
A Red Jacobs Ladder of fire appears in the circle . We ascend to Shamballah to attend the Wesak festival . An image of the Buddha is floating at the gap in a lotus position .A great crowd is gathered in the Wesak Vally though seemingly smaller than Friday . In the centre lies the huge green dragon with a belly of gold and red crimson scales and brow ridges . It's back opens and reveals a path to God . The path become a golden walled road like upon the Great Wall of China .We walk up the tail to join the others proceeding to the Temple of Wesak .The wall coils in upon itself as round and round we go walking and being taken too closer to the pond of the white star .

Three ladies stand round this pond resembling each other but in different colours of splendid light ; lavender aqua and blue. We watch the procession before us prostrate themselves to peer into the pond and then stand with right hand on the pillar taking the energy into the dan tien and grounding the energy thru the right ankle . We saw 6 queues of animals coming up stampeding out and thru us continuously . The entire valley sounds the great aumm and the pillar of light that is the Godhead ascends . God head auric concealed appears on three thrones 1 red 1 blue 1 gold . These aspects split rise to the clouds above the temple ; the red to the left the blue to the right and gold in the centre .

We see Jesus standing at the entrance to the temple and we enter we see a flower that fills the entrance it appears as a rose or a lotus to each revealing the colour of their path . Kuthumi ushers us to a room on the left .Books stacks line both sides of this hall a large stone benched fountain is flowing in the centre from the top tier springs a tree of life which breaks through the ceiling gently .A large stained glass window depicting the passion of Christ crowns the 2 story wall on either side there are doors . Mary offers us the host Jesus offers the wine . Then he washes our feet and John pours a libation over our heads . We see visions in the grail of rainbow coloured wheat and the golden straw of the Goddess . The three tan tiens twisted with the caduceus of the kundalini emerge from the crown with a tri coloured fleur de lis .We entered the heart of the christ child thru the arched marble fountain on the right wall in the centre of the stacks .The dome was blue with golden stars the christ child held his hands out to the world . We came out in a long hall .There was a green statue of the goddess at the end of the hall her face kept changing to reveal herself .

A red crux of fire is on the floor in the centre of the was a simple square. We stood on this holding hands in a circle with others from our vine and an orange light unknown female . We heard we are not a tree and a vine now we are a sphere and these are our satellites .We are encoding awareness as we learn the lessons from the universal mind . As we attain so do all of our group . We projected from our hearts into the sphere to make it float over the fire . The square resembling the Throne of God becomes a circular Crown of the Goddess which rose slowly up our body as one .We felt it rise to the scalp of our head like a white yamakah the dome hat became black on top gold inside .Light imbibed us from the crown centre . As we leave the crux we see aspects of child maiden matron crone in the green statue there is a door to our left .

The handsome Nubian Kumeka hands us a scroll as we enter the Garden of the Goddess . Peacocks adorned the corners in the upper left was our golden urn the divine seeds in the egg have grown to embryos .We look down upon the valley and see the faithful of the world with the arms up awaiting blessing . We each got a coloured sphere in our crown unique to each individual and a mirror of indigo with golden fiscus leaves in an ornamental trim on either side .We had to bless the world and its people as we have been blessed by those before us . Each of us offered 2 blessings love peace laughter enlightenment wisdom truth hope etc . We walked down the mountain and saw Melchiezedek floating in white over the valley .He lectured us about the endcoding and to practice and to share . We held hands in prayer said thanks and came back to our bodies .

Jesus was floating over Jodie . He showed us a triangle a lot of red 4 lines on the bottom then 2 yellow then 2 blue and 2 bits of green at top . He presented us with a tiny red carved urn and said more will come each year but few will reach the top . The earth is behind schedule . But the table is prepared for the feast . Before we closed we examined the energy body of the group . Debbie presented as the king cobra .Two chambers have appeared beneath the cobra eyes with a seam like the serpent eye so green on top blue below and red on top orange below . Andrew reveals a Star of wesak in our hearts and rainbow feathered rings of garuda all around the heart star . The five golden flames to make outer star are in the throat upper arms and upper thigh . Bill reveals up to 11 cobras in the upper tan tien the last two remain flacid in armpits . 11 are in the urn of Garuda at the dan tien . 11 more are in the pelvis we hear but I could only see 9 .There are golden lights in the throats of the royal cobras one in each upper or lower tan tien and two as a mated pair of silver and gold cobras in the dan tien .

When the Throne of God is activated in the lower tan tien
the seeker begins a slow process of extruding hermetic elemental rainbow "worms " .These "worms " come out of the nadis as living light and living sound. They rise  up through the nadis from the Throne to enlighten the nadis . When they are extruded through the lower tan tien they become a nest of energy to incubate a divine vessel .When they rise out of the crown they become a vital part of the newest layer of the  merkaba a form of rainbow sphere .

Then immature cobras begin to writhe as nagis thru these newly enlightened channels . They are seen as pale platinum blue the colour of the moon and the female aspect of the Godhead .When the cobras have grown in light and sound they manifest in the human energy body as the tan tien courts of cobras  .


Nadis are the channels or tubes that the nagis dwell within . Ancient texts
say they are inumerable . There are at least 128 in the throne of God and another 128 in the Crown of the Goddess .

When the Crown of the Goddess is activated . The seeker has dreams of purging again ridding the nadis of more death decay and negativity removing the blockages of fear and moving onward .

It is a good time to fast or to have an enema if you are used to such remedies . I just drank more water and groaned about stomach pains lol . I am weak . Fruit helps too.

Faces peeling off of the hero the sex goddess the intellectual and rich executive lie as bloody discarded masks useless to the seeker . There is no fame , no glory or power in this path . Visions of removing rotten wood and pruning dead branches from the tree of life flood the seekers dreams at this stage .

The Red Cobra Breathing Technique :
Lie on the stomach and breathe in red only red in the cobra breath drawing in two lines one through each nostril breathing  in through each chakra from the crown to the ankles visualising smaller energy centres at the joints of the legs . As you draw in energy thru each chakra try to hold your breath and wrap down to the next lower chakra .

Draw the red cobra breath twice through the body in this manner . Then draw orange from the indigo chakra down . Then yellow from the blue chakra down . Then green from the green chakra down and blue from the yellow chakra down . and so forth visualising the chakras reversing in colour to be from head down red orange yellow green blue indigo violet .  

Rainbow worms will be extruded in this process and you will feel a lot better . The kundalini moving thru the seeker at this time needs to be kept in balance through breathing and meditation to ease the changes being made in the energy body .

See a waterfall of the Goddess purging your chakras widdershins and a flow of God' firey lava falling down thru the chakras from the crown deosil . Breathe these two at once in swirls through the body to the soles of the feet .

Now see a tincture of red an elixir of the Magician flowing down your chakras . The Majestic work is over we begin again in a new stage of growth . See yourself as the minotaur or the fool ready to enter the labrynth bravely to start another journey of puzzles and visions to continue unfolding the human energy body as it was meant to be revealed .

Now open the rainbow square as with the mystery of the obelisk.
Into 4 hermetic triangles forming the view looking down from the top of the obelisk
But not a full triangle of blue on south orange on north red on east and cyan on west . This time

and hear a little popping noise as you open the crown to imbibe with light

We are invited into the orange right eye where we feel tranquility and bliss and as if we are lying on the left side of body sideways see the cones on the arms there growing walk over to the blue eye hear these eyes are eternal the blue one teaches us the path we can sit in it go to classroom the orange one teaches us how to make the lessons become love in the  physical life .

walls are the symbolical emblem of the city. They contribute to the defining image of the warring and monastic center that Ávila was and has been able to maintain throughout the years. It constitutes a unique symbol that encloses within its walls mysticism and history, art and heroic chivalry.

Avila at the age of 39,  began to enjoy a vivid experience of God's presence within her.However, the contrast between these favors and her conduct, which was more relaxed than was thought proper according to the ascetical standards of the time, caused some misunderstanding. Some of her friends, such as Francisco de Salcedo and Gaspar Daza, thought her favors were the work of the devil (V 23.14). Diego de Cetina, SJ, brought her comfort by encouraging her to continue in mental prayer and to think upon the humanity of Christ. Francis Borgia in 1555 heard her confession and told her that the spirit of God was working in her, that she should concentrate upon Christ's Passion and not resist the ecstatic experience that came to her in prayer. Nevertheless she had to endure the distrust even of her friends as the divine favors increased. When Pradanos left Avila in 1558 his place as Teresa's director was taken by Baltasar Alvarez, SJ, who, either from caution or with the intention of probing her spirit, caused her great distress by telling her that others were convinced that her raptures and visions were the work of the devil and that she should not communicate so often (V 25.4). Another priest acting temporarily as her confessor, on hearing her report of a vision she had repeatedly had of Christ, told her it was clearly the devil and commanded her to make the sign of the cross and laugh at the vision (V 29.5). But God did not fail to comfort her, and she received the favor of the transverberation (V 29.13-14). In August 1560 St. Peter of Alcantara counseled her: "Keep on as you are doing, daughter; we all suffer such trials."impaired. During these years of suffering she began the practice of mental prayer, but fearing that her conversations with some world-minded relatives, frequent visitors at the convent, rendered her unworthy of the graces God bestowed on her in prayer, discontinued it, until she came under the influence, first of the Dominicans, and afterwards of the Jesuits. Meanwhile God had begun to visit her with "intellectual visions and locutions", that is manifestations in which the exterior senses were in no way affected, the things seen and the words heard being directly impressed upon her mind, and giving her wonderful strength in trials, reprimanding her for unfaithfulness, and consoling her in trouble. Unable to reconcile such graces with her shortcomings, which her delicate conscience represented as grievous faults, she had recourse not only to the most spiritual confessors she could find, but also to some saintly laymen, who, never suspecting that the account she gave them of her sins was greatly exaggerated, believed these manifestations to be the work of the evil spirit. The more she endeavoured to resist them the more powerfully did God work in her soul. The whole city of Avila was troubled by the reports of the visions of this nun. It was reserved to St. Francis Borgia and St. Peter of Alcantara, and afterwards to a number of Dominicans (particularly Pedro Ibañez and Domingo Bañez), Jesuits, and other religious and secular priests, to discern the work of God and to guide her on a safe road.

She herself had no pretension to found a school in the accepted sense of the term, and there is no vestige in her writings of any influence of the Aeropagite, the Patristic, or the Scholastic Mystical schools, as represented among others, by the German Dominican Mystics. She is intensely personal, her system going exactly as far as her experiences, but not a step further.

Saint Teresa of Avila   -  Saint Teresa of Avila, sixteenth-century reformer of the Carmelite order in Spain, often communed with Jesus. He once told her, "Don't neglect to write down what I say . . . I shall give you a living book." Her original name was Teresa de Cepeda y Ahumada, and her chosen name as a nun was Theresa of Jesus. She came of a well-to-do noble family. She entered the Carmelite order (possibly in 1536). Much later she underwent (c.1555) a "second conversion," after which she experienced mystic visions. St. Theresa of Avila

Rowena,   is familiar as a lady in King Arthur's court. Her name is also listed as an ascended master in Samuel George Partridge's book, "Golden Moments With the Ascended Masters," on the third ray of love, cohesion and gratitude. She is associated with the medieval mystic and reformer, St. Theresa of Avila, who founded Carmelite convents in Spain. She believed in absolute poverty, chastity, and obedience in selfless service to God. Lady Rowena wears a Celtic cross on her medieval headdress. Her deep, dark eyes seem to pierce through all defenses to the soul. She encourages others to follow her path of self-discipline to mastery.  (King Arthur)

SUSHUMNA: central pole of the main nadis, the pole of enlightenment. It corresponds to the spinal cord within the vertebral column, the central channel of the spine.
