alright this is about reincarnation.

my neighbor believed he was a reincarnated spitfire pilot from WW2, he believed this because he was fascinated by the plane and loved every aspect of it, he would also have dreams of flying it...that and his days as a navy seal...different story...

but yeah...

i've always wondered what i was...i've always loved sword fighting...i don't know anything about it...but just the idea of fighting to the death with a sword, saving some one...i dunno, something about it reaches out to me...so much that im gonna spend good money(i need to be saving up for moving out) to learn the different styles of fencing.

could i have been something to do with all that?  is there even away to truly find out?

In my experience with the subject of reincarnation (I don't have any personal experience to know whether I'm a re-incarnate or not), the people I have talked to claim to have clear memories of being in a certain country, knowing certain people, etc. One of my friends remembers her name as well as the names of others she had known in that life. She has done research and was able to verify that she did, in fact, exist, and did live the life she remembered living. She remembers several lifetimes and they all check out historically.

I myself know very little about the subject, but I thought maybe this tid-bit would help.

I guess one question you might ask yourself is, if you are a re-incarnate, how would knowledge of your previous life (or lives) help you in this life? (I have no interest in the subject, but maybe asking yourself is a good idea).

ForestKnight25,

The god/creative force/awareness/universe I know asks nothing of us, it cares not what we actually do because we are providing it with experience of itself, just as we are doing for ourselves. The god of the Torah was an egotistical, vengeful, and wholly self-absorbed deity, while the god of christianity is supposedly loving but also terrifyingly wrathful if we break it's rules. There is no contest from my perspective of which 'god' is the real one, neither religious god is the real one, because it is us humans who created the religions.

There is a more effective way to tell if something is worthwhile for you than using muscle-testing, which can be effected by our own desires. When faced with a choice that is difficult to make, I simply make a statement relating to one choice and notice how my gut feels. If it constricts firstly, then relaxes and I get the feeling of 'a breath of fresh air' in that area then I know it is the more effective path to take. I also make a second statement relating to the 2nd choice and wait to see what my gut tells me, so that if the constricting feeling continues then i know it is not the choice for me. So, we can get the same answer by two results and it does then teach us to follow our own intuitive knowing from our gut feelings.

I hope this is some help for you.

Yes. I've been practicing the Christos Method for past-life re-experience for about 10 years now and I use it with clients because it has proven it's worth for most people. I do not listen to what others say about my previous incarnations because other people's perceptions and filters are not always accurate, including the best psychics. I should know I am a professional psychic and medium in Australia. So I always prefer to have the experiences for myself and that way I know for sure, and, I can then incorporate the information of re-experiencing for myself into my wider understanding about what I am and why I am here this time.

All beings are re-incarnates. There are no souls that have not incarnated time after time over thousands of life-cycles on this world and in other existences. As such then, there is no such a thing as new souls or old souls. This fact flies in the face of much of the bullplop that you will find in old style belief-system control dramas, and the modern ones of the new-age industry.

The certain knowledge gained from re-experiencing our past lives has a vital place in this current life. We come to know ourselves, our true selves, by knowing the paths that have brought us to this point called NOW. We have brought issues forward into this life, and agreements made with other souls to co-create experiences here, and through self-discovery of the issues by having the re-experience of previous incarnations we gain insight and understanding into those issues/agreements, which can make it easier to move forward in a healthy way.

The only negative for anyone in their current incarnation that can be had from past-life regression is when they choose not to incorporate the information and therefore choose to 'daydream' about other incarnations and not get on with why they are here now.

A point I have considered is maybe those people who pick up new things almost through instinct, or those who are exceptionally gifted in certain areas, could they be tapping into previous life experience/knowledge which we all must aquire during the countless incarnations. This on the surface would make someone look like a genius or superhuman.

I've always wondered about this. Maybe it's a mistake to try applying logic to explain the purpose of the physical creation, but I've always felt that the cause of conflict between sentient beings in this world is because of the constant cycle of inexperienced or New souls sharing experiences with experienced or Old souls.

How do you explain why there is always a fresh supply of total a*holes who are intent on creating mayhem and hell on earth, and then suffering the consequences, and at the same time you have the people who somehow know by instinct that doing bad things gets you burned eventually, and try to get along with others, and then realize that we have the chance to leave this system by means of spiritual development.
