Its frustrating I know how to relearn doing telekinesis but I wont understand it

Theres 2 paths I can choose:

Relearn telekinesis, OBE, and other metaphysical skills. I would again be like a large piece of space which powerful forces flow through but only having subtle influence on them. I would help to organize the dimensional resonance of large spaces, as I used to be.

My other choice is more hard logic and statistics, like Human minds think and design machines and processes, like Internet and massively multiplayer games.

Eventually these 2 paths are likely to meet, but it may be a long time.

Its frustrating that I was going to do both, but more recently its hard to do both, like they're somehow resisting eachother. The Human species generally doesnt care to know how metaphysics works, only to practice it at an intuition level, and the other side of logic statistics and processes cant much measure metaphysics. Nowhere between do they seem likely to touch, at least until either becomes far more advanced, which is possible but it seems they're not ready for eachother, but sometimes they are.

I remember vaguely how I became skilled at telekinesis and other metaphysics, but its a huge investment of time and mind balance, and if I cant take it all the way I dont see the point anymore. I dont want to half-butt it.

I have a hunch that these new "Virtual Reality" glasses or goggles might inadvertently open people up to a new way of seeing things. The internet and Facebook are also showing that some kind of "connection" on a new level is being made. I am hoping that something positive will come out of all these things. I have already seen first hand how new tech like Light/Sound machines, float tanks, etc. can really benefit "non ordinary states of consciousness". They just need to quit making those violent video games. They only help Military Recruiters with their "recruiting" of new Soldiers. They are not the positive programming that young minds need!  

We are in the "infancy" of all this new technology. Any new technology can be used in a positive way, but it also can be used destructively as well. At first with any kind of new tech, Mankind has shown that it can be quickly and easily be abused. But somewhere along the line things begin to temper down and a state of normality shows itself.

Don't get too intellectual about it before you learn the skill. It's better to do the mental physical skill after some basic instruction then figure it out after. The surface mind interferes with the psychic process. The less you work in that direction the better off you are when you are learning a skill... Now after you have some proficiency then you can study why you can do it. Do your research then.
