Title: Diferences between mystic and a spiritual athlete
Post by: bluelite on February 17, 2004, 23:51:05
Well I am not really sure what a spiritual athelete is but i do however know what the path of a  mystic is . Having thread this path I can say it is the most important journey a human can experience in this incarnation. The initiate is restored to full spiritual glory and becomes like a god-man he is given power in heaven and on earth and rules over all forces seen and unseen.

"He is the beginning of all beginnings,
Checked by neither time nor space,
Held by no bonds of name or form,
Present everywhere !.
Centering the full perfection
of the creators exhaustless power,
I am that I am
And the lord of countless host."

--The book of tokens

"He is the principle of mind,
Which divideth itself
Into the Superior and Inferior natures,
Then putteh on a robe of flesh
To come down."

--the book of tokens
