Energy and Happiness

If you look around, you will notice that nature spares energy in all ways possible.
When the lightning strikes, the form of the lightning is fractalic, which
has the most efficient energy form for it. If you look at trees and plants
you will find again and again 'sacred' geometry imbedded in them that achieves
the most energy for the least work. Animals have a deep going intuitive knowledge of
nature which they follow all the time to be more efficient.

Now why would we humans be any different?
We are built by the same elements as we can find in nature. If we follow
our intuitive feelings on everything we do, we will know the right from wrong,
we will feel the best alternative for any given situation. Which will give us
most work done for minimal energy. If one were to follow this intuitive choice in
everything, the energy levels would automatically go up as you need minimal
energy to accomplish things the same things as you would have done with alot
more energy.

The more choices you make like this the easier it will be to notice them. Eventually
you will become innocent like a child, cleaned out of all negativity induced by
yourself and the world around you. This is what true spirituality is about.
It will also be easier to get the courage to do these decisions everytime you make
them and see the fruit they yield.

The special thing about intuition is that it is not bound to time at all. It sees into
the future and into the past without boundaries. You just happen to be at the right
time at the right moment and things just flow by themselves.

Take a moment and think about it. Somewhere inside you remember this feeling very
well. It might have been when you were a child, maybe it was a contract you signed,
a choice of career, basically anything that gave you very good results because of
the actions you took. Begin from here and you will refind intuition faster than
you believe.

Now with our health care and endangered species protection, evolution still rules the world as a whole, but it loses it's power to completely eradicate.

Biological Life and Spiritual Life are on two different Planes.  Biological Life depends on the whole Food Chain for Survival, and Sex for Continuity set of Dynamics.  Spiritual Life, on the otherhand, has no need to Kill for survival and has an Immortality that does not require copulation to assure survival and continuity of Life.

Therefore, Biological Life is a poor instructor concerning Spiritual Life.  The Biological Imperatives need to be transcended before one can establish one in the Spiritual Life.

I disagree, if biological life would be separated from spiritual life it
would have no difference what you do biologically to yourself, or what
you eat etc. I see it more like a part of the spiritual life. Just like the physical is a 'part' of the astral, and the astral again is part of another world. The world is a neatly created chaotic structure where one thing tends to affect the other and vice versa.

It is already spiritual to take good care of your body. As it is our
vehicle in this world. Everything we do goes through our body.
Everything we do with full intention and heart could be considered
Spiritual.

If one tends to look at Nature it is a VERY good instructor. It is no
coincidence why many and many more metaphors are described with
nature. It is no coincidence that most of the prophets have
been in soltitude in nature. This planet speaks to us in many ways
and one is via nature.
