Possible to "Draw People" that you don't personally know?

There is this almost celebrity (only backup parts and a very brief so far main role in a show.) that I'd love to meet. I know this is a longshot and such, but is there any way I can (or others) can use energy to strongly attract said person to my area/me without them aware (as in, subliminally program using energies). Very weird post, I know, but it would be great if I could do something here, I want to meet her so bad. O_o

First of all this is a bit creepy, if not a bit immature, but I guess its possible.  I think you would have a better chance of meeting them during an OBE induce by yourself for that purpose.  Its just as real feeling and free, and you can do whatever you want without any legal ramification!  Just like the time I did coke with Penelope Cruz and made out with her.

Maybe you should first ask yourself why you want to meet this person. Then maybe you can attract someone who can fullfill what it is that you desire, be it this person or someone else that can do it possibly even better.

Not really Cole that sounds ummm FUN ....But the first post..Never use what you gain to influence others to your way of thinking. No manipulation, no torture, and no killing...Wait i just realized those are the same rules for magic in Harry potter books...lol oh well its true...Anything you do returns to you tenfold...Yin and yang, balance dont mess with it unless your willing to pay the price.
