just start any spiritual path will do it...but at the time you'll reach this ability, your focus will not be on this anymore []
but hey, if it is what puts you in a spiritualy developping way...so be it ! I'm pretty sure that there is no way to reach this "move so fast that eye can't see thing" quickly...

hey everyone i was wondering if yall know any techniques to move fast? or instence like on the show yu yu hakusho theres this one dude named hei who can travel at great speeds like punch a dude 10 times before the guy even knows where hes at.So i was wondering if u do know any technique that WILL work and it is not difficult to do please let me know. just give me a website or pm me or write it in here do whatever u want.
