I've been looking here and there on the internet for information about MERKABA (body of light) meditation.

it seems to be a fine way to progress beyond the "dross" of human society, and a way to transform our conciousness into a state of much higher vibration, and a way to reclaim our true freedom,but it does seem to be extremely complex.

it involves detailed steps and breathing (17 breaths)/visualization/focusing/posture techniques.

I'm wondering if anyone else has insight into this subject,and can lead me to a source of more information (teachers,books,etc...).

we tried that in our group not necessary and too complicated we found that Dr. Joshua David Stone's methods worked better and we did them for free and after a few initiations that were guided by his works we began to manifest the group merkaba using this short method :

Merkaba is strictly 'no-fear' higher vibration energy construct.  Lose the Love, lose the power to run it.  You also need to balance your male/female energies.

yes there are a lot of opinions and "disinformants "lol  
I post what I find and the sum of it all seems to form a partial truth  

but i also witness and experience in order to confirm esoteric research making 3 trips a week in the group merkabah now .

Well initially yes it is a pair of triangular based pyramids . Like this animation but the top one goes deosil and the base one goes widdershins so this is animated at the wrong spin .

When a pair is arranged with one inverted and merged into the other making a star so i can confirm  that author is correct  .

The male tetrahedron takes us up and to our destination .It begins as a triangle based and quickly evolves to a 12 sided base pyramid pair  in about a years time . The female pyramid is inverted and opposite of the male it is the home device and brings us back to our physical body .

Initially merkabahs appear as a single colour often pink white or blue in the unaware human but soon they become multicoloured . The initial group merkaba is multifaceted and multicoloured beginning as spheres in aline twisting when it is closed to appear clairvoyantly as a ufo  

clairvoyantly we witness the merkaba change as we develop becoming more sophisticated and developing spires on it and loops around it
we learned that the spires are male energy and they seem phallic lol
and the loops are protective female energy

yes i agree with these statements but i have found it works best in a group to have love light and laughter . fear does block us and reduce effectiveness of our spiritual gifts . In order to manifest the group merkabah i do believe the 10th chakra of male and female energy must be balanced and the group must be able to work together in love and light .i feel though that those that work with dark masters can  use the  individual merkabah without love  and that the unaware human can certainly use the basic shape without love or recall .

I know that Merkaba is a requisite to study Qabala.

       So you have to study for about 10 years of Torah, then you read books like Zohar, and finally get into Merkaba as part of Qabala studies.

   Probably to understand correctly Merkaba you got to know about Torah and have some knowledge about interpretative studies (Zohar).

Well there are Free Video Clips from a collaboration with James Hurtak who authored the Keys of Enoch Book of Knowledge and the brilliant graphic artist Jean-Luc Bozzolli .

These clips are worth a view as they show the merkabah and the layout of Shamballah . This is just as we saw it ourselves when we went on the group merkabah in meditation during circle .  So our circle was very excited about getting this confirmation of what we percieved on that dimension months after we had gone there ourselves . Kinda like a spiritual postcard   We did not see the arched tunnel at the end of part a and we did see  two icy regions that are not on these clips . They are very exciting to share . And perhaps the icy regions are in the rest of the video . It only cost 25 dollars usa but after shipping and aus dollar exchange it comes up to much more like 75 dollars ouch !! Anyone traveling to the usa soon ??

thank you for the links redcatherine.I will certainly look into those techniques by Dr. Joshua David Stone.I did a quick search on amazon.com and noticed that he has much knowledge on the subject (and it seems that you do too  ).

and although it would be nice if there was a group I could join in this effort,I don't know of any where I live (backwater town in B.C. Canada).Therefore,it will have to be a "solo flight" for me.
