Well the most know word for spirit energy is ki. You should go to google and type how to make a ki ball. That is the most simple technique besides ki ball or better yet my starting site was http://undergrounddragon.tripod.com/theunderground/id6.html ok start with beging techniques and then move to more advanced ones when you are ready. Also Tai chi helps.

imgoing2hellwitu. I do watch Yu yu hakusho. I think for any kind of energy summoning to ask your higherself that he/she gives you use of search energy. And concentrate on bringing it out in any form. Ball of spirit energy. SHould be the same as making ki balls. It might not be visible but you can train your third eye or learn/will it to become visible. With practice you should be able to feel it more and do more. Try the energy development work by Robert Bruce fallenangel77 sent you. I just strated it two days ago and it's already going on it's own at certain times. AS if it formed a memory of it. Anyway good luck![;)]
