Has anybody else read up on the Life-between-Lives regression work developed be Dr. Newton?

Anybody have any thoughts?

No, however I've read Brian L. Weiss, and have heard him speak. He's written a number of books too. One of his most recent is entitled: "Mirrors of Time: Using Regression for Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Healing
by Brian L. Weiss ".

I've read and own Destiny of Souls by the same author. It's been a long while though, so I can't say that I remember too much. I do remember enjoying it though. Not the most evolved book, but it was a fun read.

Yeah, I read it not to long ago. It got me thinking about a myraid of sticky information that makes alot of people uncomfortable, so I began to keep my thoughts to myself.

But since you came out and asked:

I think it would make sense that we would have a group of people that know us and we know them, and we help each other.  Even if we didn't have 'communities' and the spirit world was just a big field where everyone hung around and played the harp, or studied, or praised god (Whatever you think heaven is...) I still think that there are individuals that we would have a natural tendency to hang out with.

I think that it has alot of reasonable and sensible points and you can take it as a loose map of what goes on.

HOWEVER, do notice the misunderstandings he was having, even with the subject right there to ask for clarification.  I think that he asked some very leading questions biased on his own dogma perspective.  He even admitted that guides would tell him that he wasn't to worry about this  or that. Even occasionally to block or not answer him at all.

My own little qwirk that helped me keep it in its perspective is the misunderstanding that we are, even in death, seperated from the source.  I quite definately do not believe that. If we are extentions, it is only our perceptions that seperate us.
I can however, agree that we are constantly growing, learning, and teaching/guiding our less developed brothers and sisters.

My end analysis after?  Interesting. Probably a decent loose overview on how a portion of it works.  But still colored with, and expressed though human perceptions.

I liked that it gave me an additional area to munch on
