Interview with a Reptilian: Free Will is not an Universal Law but Cause & Effect

I just watched a video called "Hipnology Cassyah Faria "Interviewing a reptilian" (with English transcript) by Cassyah Faria. It is a contactee called Chico Penteado has undergone hypnosis therapy sessions with hypnosis therapist Cassyah Faria, in Sao Paulo,Brazil. In some of these sessions, alien entities, mainly reptilians or insect looking beings manifest and express their thoughts and opinions.

Main points have been mentioned in the video are:

1.Human are prisoners, in order to reduce our Karma (may be from the sinking of the Atlantis), we need to comply and perform tasks for both the Confederation of Planets (COP) as well as Reptilian Empire (RE).

2.There are often joint ventures between the Reptilian Empire and the Confederation of Planets. They have reached a non-aggression agreement, but they don't see eye to eye. It's like the Code War between the US and the Soviet Union.

3.RE offers technology and COP offers spiritual guidance. In this moment of the planet transition, COP is interested in the spiritual and mental ascension of those individuals who could be saved.

4.Free Will is oftentimes a problem rather than a solution, and it is not a Universal Law. Free Will without guidance becomes a string of errors and bad karma. Free Will is universal to the planets under the guidance of the COP. Many planets do not know of it and are better off that way.

The point 4 above is consistent with Bashar's Universal Law 3 below:

1. You exist. (I AM)
2. The All is one, and the One is all.
3. What you put out is what you get back.
4. The only constant in the universe is change – except for the first 3 laws, which never change.

What is your option on the Free Will?

Everyone has an equal impact on the state of the universe.
If the confederation exists and that's an accurate description of it, we ought to get in contact with off-planet groups who want to bring the confederation's leaders to justice. It sounds quite a bit like the Anunnaki or perhaps a front of theirs.

The Reptilian Empire might be a more complicated issue because there are plenty of reasonable reptilians we wouldn't want to include among the criminals. I think our best bet in this case (This is backed by the DuIce book) is to cooperate with the good ones against the bad ones.
