There is a very unique lecture on online Google video ( public domain) on " Role of
Spirituality in Corporate Governance" by a very distiguised spirtual personality from Inida. This lecture was give as keynote speech by Dr. Pranav Pandya, MD at the symposium on "Excellence in Corporate Culture" organized by Reliance Industries ( equivalant of GE in USA) in Mumbai, India by clicking on:

This is a very unique lecture and hope you will enjoy it. I specifically liked the message to busy executives and discussion on origin and remedy of stress in workplace. I feel that Even though, it is addressed to high level executives from India, the message is applicable to corporate cultures across the world and to people with all faith and relegious background.

Did anyone get chance to watch this video lecture.
I wiesh I had heard it five years ago when I was running a start-up company and working 80 hrs a week.
Please let me know if you like any specific part of hte lecture.

I do not know why that happened. It runs fine for me.. ( did this happen to anyone else also)

The lecture covers the following 12 qualities that need to be developed for spiritual lifestyle helpful in corporate management and talk about stress management:....

  1. Self Awareness – realization of self-potential. Man has immense capability.
  2. Spontaneity – quick reflexes, no delay. Be alert and decisive.
  3. Being vision and value based – visionary attitude towards future of organization with pinpointed aims and objectives.
  4. Holism – All views comprehended as interconnected. Holistic thinking.
  5. Compassion – Sympathy, Empathy and concern for others. Necessary for Team building.
  6. Celebration for diversity – Search unity in Diversity. Accept and embrace others too.
  7. Field Independence – Have your own say. Don't follow the crowd or majority.
  8. Tendency to ask fundamentals – why? – Constant reasoning, rational thinking. Can we do something new and how.
  9. Ability to refrain – Learning the ability to stop yourself from doing something traditional.
 10. Positive views of adversity – Make adversities your source of power. Yogi's outlook.
 11. Humility – Develop basics for self-criticism. Be modest and humble.
