When I was meditating two days ago I had my mind clear for probably around 10 minutes, then someone weird happened. In my field of vision I saw what seemed like the outline of every object in another room in my house, and it felt almost as if I were actually in that room. Does anyone have any ideas on what, if anything, this event could be?

Also I have noticed something all my life and I do not know what it is. Randomly I get a felling, similar to a tingling feeling, rushing up my spine, is this energy?

Sounds like you did a bit of remote viewing there.  If you keep working on it, you would see the objects in their entirety not just an outline.

It could be energy, its confusing because (at least for me) there is a subtle difference between the tingley energy feeling and the feeling you get a chill.  You can tell though, by the way it moves.  You said it rushed up your spine.  For me, it starts in the middle of my torso right at my heart chakra and moves out to my entire body.  Most likely you just got a chill, but some of those could very well have been burst of energy.  Try to control it, turn it on and then make it go away.  Try to concentrate this energy on one spot of your body.  Read up on chakras and working with energy.

Alright thanks for the reply, any idea on how I could possibly work to improve remote viewing? The feeling I get in my spine feels differently from a chill, I'll look into chakras

There are times when the effects of meditation lead one to an experience of 'oneness'  or at least oneness with.  It reads like you had a good meditation and the object viewed was important to you in some way or is related to an important issue for you.

I cant tell you how to improve remote viewing other than just dont think about it.  An exercise I use is to get a deck of cards and try to see what color the one youre about to pick up is.  When I do it the color just pops into my head.  If you try to think about it, your thoughts will get in the way of the answer comming to you.  I can usually do about 20 in a row before i start getting them wrong.  It takes great concentration.   And you can close youre eyes and try to see everything in your room.  For me, i have to be still because when I move my everything looks like a dull negative photograph.

Well it happened again, last night in the middle of meditation a view of another room filled my vision, this time it was more vivid than last time. I'll try exercise with the deck of cards, hopefully it will allow me to have more control of it, thanks for the replies
