Leo, from what we have read here you are ruled by your ego this meaning your intellect. You seem proud to display your intellect, all one need do is read your posts; irrelevant information is displayed cleaver words are used when their use is unnecessary. One can tell from this single thread that you have read a lot of books which speaks for itself; your books are blocking your path for books are useless and teach you nothing if read for the intellect, loose your books! You are presumptuous and stuck in your own dogma; I am Hitler and therefore so are you! If this offends you then you don't understand yourself or myself. I care not of what another thinks of myself. Therefore we are lethal and could cut Buddha or any other teacher to shreds without batting an eyelid. If you understand these words, then well done, if not then we are yet to meet more then one person who partially understands themselves.

I couldn't have said it better. Leo seems very book-smart. He seems to know A LOT about history in particular. It is certainly noteworthy, but it can also be a trap. Leo's intellectual knowledge appears to be a block for him. There comes a time when you've got to throw all the books out the window. There comes a time when you've got to throw everything you think you know about the world into a pit of flames! It must burn in order for you to transcend. Otherwise it just keeps you locked-up in a box.

Solace? Hmm, interesting choice of words. Solice... I can't really say that I find solace in anything in this world. Have you ever read a Sylvia Browne book? In a number of them, the phrase "dark planet of insanity" is used to describe this world that we live in. I personally think it's an apt title. I only find solace really in the idea of God.
But really, I do think we all are crazy, to tell you the truth. Look at how we've run the world. Look at how we run our lives. It's a mess.
Also, love and hate are inextricably linked. In dualistic terms, you can't separate the 2. They're like 2 sides of a coin.
So, solace? Not really. Only realization.
