hi friends,
I'm new to meditation but have known about the law of attraction for more than a year but I'm 100% sure how this works.
I'm currently applying meditation for the law of attraction to attract this girl who is thousands of miles away from me. this seems crazy to ordinary people who don't know about spirituality but using meditation for the law of attraction, visualisation or simply meditating is the only way to help me to get close to her, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I've recently received some 'signs' which I suppose they are signs, like, having a dream about me climbing up a staircase and the destination was a temple which gave me an idea that I've spiritually achieved something I'm not sure about since I'm not very good at predicting meaning of dreams and I'm not even sure if it means something, I put it here as an info just in case it really means something. another sign which is the number 13, this is her favorite number, and the phrase 'disney princess' as this phrase is often used to describe her by almost everyone that knows her.
but, the most important one, though, is that this morning, I felt a presence of a strong energy which felt the same whenever I meditate or visualise about her. I'm really curious of the warmth of it that made me feel relaxed and a spark of joy. I really want to know if this is a sign or something else.
I'm sorry for the long post but I would really appreciate and grateful if you reply :)
I would be terrified if I knew 100% about anything whatsoever. o_o;;
Have you tried getting to know her? If you are meant to be, you should try from your heart, not necessarily meditating to attract her to you :/
If I think about anyone a bunch they tend to pop up or be mentioned in my dreams. The subconscious tends to pull from what we think about during the way.
There is also intent and want. If you want to see evidence in your dreams that you are making progress with her, chances are you will see it.
I'm not trying to be deterring. I'm just opening up the possibilities. I wish you luck!
What you are doing may end up working for you but is this really what you want. I know you have strong feelings for this girl but if she was attracted to you through some sort of force that she was not aware of, it almost sounds like slavery.
There is a good reason why good women make us act like fools before they will give us the time of day. I just have no idea what it is.
But I have only been in real love once and even though the hell-B#$% (sorry Xanth, but that's her real name, honestly) tried to destroy me, I'm still the same ol' sap.
The heart wants what the heart wants and I know better than to try and talk you out of it.
Good luck to the both of you.

Thx so much for your helpful reply. However there is something I want to clarify: do all dreams have meaning? Are they all abrought from my subconscious? Because I thought that some of the dreams that I have are just a reflection of what I do during waking life.
This all could be a mere manifestation of your love or adoration for her. Thought forms, should they exist, may thrive on energy like obsession or adoration. Anyhow, by no means should you ever expect something to go 100% your way. Expecting such solid things can often lead to becoming painfully disillusioned. I was once at a point where I broke down, sobbed, and begged on my knees for an hour at a time, for someone to love me again. I wanted it so much that without it, I felt like I was suffocating, and was going without air. I tried everything from meditating on it being mine, to praying, to trying methods to get it to manifest -- it was just never meant to be. Living in the illusion can be painful in the end, despite the safety blanket it creates around you temporarily. All I'm saying is... you can try your methods all you want to try to attract her. However, the best way will be to just talk to her and get to know her. If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. Your energies will mesh if something is meant to be explored, there. If it's not meant to be, then please don't let it become one of those things that will send you into denial or into a state where you're crying in a corner, feeling sorry for yourself. Because I've been there, before, and it wasn't pretty. It was mentally traumatizing.
Also, your dreams are fully or mostly a creation of your subconscious. I've had dreams that shifted into higher lucidity/astral, and in those, I met entities and many beings I sensed had their own energy, but who can be sure. It's really hard to be sure of what is real, per se. I don't even like using the word 'real'. Bleh. I believe the dream world should be thought of as being in frequencies. Our level or awareness will decide the radio station we will tune in to for that night. Now, what that radio station plays is subjective, and is most likely controlled by YOU because you are a very powerful being, and can create dream scenarios, but it may also be prone to have outside influences, as well, for sure.
My mother comes to my dreams to tell me about a problem sometimes a day before the problem arises.
I learned that my grandpa came to see my mom and he insulted her to such a scale that she cried. She came home, crying, and first thing she said was "I just can't deal with your grandpa, anymore." I literally had a mini stroke because I had a dream about the same exact thing happening the night before. And, I could now add this to the massive list I have of dreams where my mom will come to tell me something, or vice versa, in the dream world, that would later manifest. I had no idea she was meeting with him. The old man told us two years ago that he hates us and is never talking to us again. He hasn't called on my birthday for the past six years.
Even weirder are the many telepathic dreams I've had over the years. Just, really weird dream phenomenon have been known to happen to me. In fifth grade, for example, I had a dream that we watched Thumbelina the cartoon in science class, while doing arts and crafts. A month later, we were doing arts and crafts in Mrs. Skipper's class, she wheeled in the t.v. for the first time ever as a special treat, and Thumbelina was on PBS. I, in my little brain, went "What the...." for a good ten minutes, and turned into a vegetable. Funny part was, we had five teachers and five classes. My dream pin pointed the teacher, the activity, and the correct cartoon. I remember thinking, in my little mind, that I was the big cheese. :-D I used to believe I had powers of manifestation. I saw it happen in a dream, and I MADE it my reality. Dun dun dun. I'm not sure if I believe that anymore, though. :-P
So, anyways, of course I think dreams mean something. Dreams can be our subconscious, they can be visions into alternate realities (maybe future ones?), they may become astral, or lucid, etc. Dreams are endless. Anything you can imagine, you can dream. How 'real' you want it to be is up to YOU.
Just don't get your hopes up over a dream, is all I'm saying. It may not manifest 100% in this reality and it's always good to be prepared for that. Also, work on getting this girl to like you without all of the methods, first. That is my honest opinion, though, and you are free to do as you wish, as are all humans. I wish you luck and I hope you find the love you seek. :-)
Also, I'm editing this to add that having dreams about something does not mean you need to seek extreme methods to make things manifest. Wanting such things when the likes of others are involved is an iffy subject. If something isn't meant to happen naturally, and requires you to FORCE it into merely coming into existence.... what does that say about your own character? It may say that you're desperate and will even stoop to manipulation to get what you need.
Now, mind you, I don't know you, nor am I judging you. I'm never spiteful if I can help it. I'm merely stating that your actions and intentions here seem a bit selfish, that's all. I think you should go into this with honest intentions and an open heart.
Meanwhile, the whole purpose of me telling you about my own dream experiences were mostly to answer your question that yes, dreams may matter, dreams may come true, they may contain symbolism, and all sorts of fancy shmancy stuff.
But should you revolve your happiness or become fixated or obsessed with the meaning behind a certain dream and think it automatically has to mean something? No. Take things with a grain of salt. Dreams MAY manifest like some of mine have, but just because you're dreaming of her, and longing for her, and finding all of these connections with her, doesn't mean you need to set out on drastic measures to get what you want.

That's great!
Now! Here's what you do next!
Completely forget everything you think you know about meditation and the law of attraction. Because you can't learn anything when your cup is already full.
I studied meditation for well over 10 years before I had ANY clue what I was actually doing. And now I've been doing this for over 15 years, and I *STILL* don't really know what I'm doing. I'm not saying you have to live to my failed standard (LoL), but that if you think you know how this stuff works, you're most likely deluding yourself. This is an act of ego... and you need to ditch that thing.

This is ALSO an act of ego... as such, it will fail. Think about what you're trying to do. You're attempting to MANIPULATE someone else for your own gain. If this is something that is meant to happen, it will happen. Otherwise, manipulating is probably not the best way to achieve it. You're only going to push her away with your Intention.

Why not put your Intent to better use, and just tell this girl how you feel instead of playing all these mind games? :)

hey there, thx so much for sharing your story about dreams. I basically got a better idea on how dreams work.
I did think about my actions - using meditation for the law of attraction to get someone to be attracted to me. I feel that doing this is like I'm controlling not only my life but other's life and this is indeed selfish. the law of attraction has proven to be able to get the applier whatever he/she wants and people also have applied it to get their crush to like them back and succeeded. but is it
wrong to do this? I mean, when you like someone so much that it'd be hard to stop imagining you 2 being together using all your senses. but at the same time, I will try not to live in my head too much so that I won't get my hopes up.
thx again for your advice.
I don't know how old you are but I imagine you are young. Telling someone that you have feelings for them is a hard thing to do in the beginning, or so I've been told. I'll be honest, since I was a little kid, I told every girl that I ever crushed on that I loved them. Love was the wrong word but I did not know what else to say at such a young age. It paid off countless times, though. I am no Casanova and the furthest thing from a heart throb. I am just me which is all any of us can be.
Have you ever seen a couple and wondered how that guy could get a girl like that? I'm that guy.
I am a helpless fool for the opposite sex but when it comes to real love, I know that I have missed out but it's not because I wussed out on an opportunity. It's because I had my priorities drastically confused.
I recommend that you hurry up and tell this girl how you feel. Rejection stings a lot but it gets easier and easier and unfortunately, it gets even easier. And who knows?
This is one of the fears that you absolutely have to face down and deal with. Good luck with all your endeavors.

actually something similar like this happened to me today. there's this person who doesn't have any class in common with me but their quietness/loneliness makes me want to approach them. but as a quiet person myself, I couldn't bring myself to stand in front of them and befriend them. I always wish I'm more of an open-minded person.
but then today, there was a lecture that every student needed to attend and there she was, sitting alone, a teacher told me to sit beside her and till the end of the lecture, we never said a single word. I thought there was an invisible boundary between 2 quiet people. I see this kind of situation or coincidence as a spiritual message, that the spirit knows I wanted to befriend this person and I finally got a chance but I didn't make use of it.
after the lecture, I told myself I should move on since she is a senior and I'm a sophomore and maybe after I move up to study in college, I will renew myself and become more outgoing.
Ah, college... There is light at the end of the tunnel (I'm referring to High School). :)
Then you graduate and get haunted by loans! Boo real world!

Dude!!! You just back slapped fate and said you had a better plan. Your teacher pulled a classic Drew Barrymore. Watch "Donnie Darko", it's a must see, so get it over with now and be cooler than everyone else in your school. I need to tell you a joke.
A river is rising and is rapidly flooding a town. Most of the town leaves right away to get ahead of the danger. A faithful man stays knowing that God will save him. As the river rises, it is no longer safe on ground so he climbs on his roof. A man comes along on a boat and offers him a ride.
No, thanks, he says. God will save me.
The river rises more and is almost up to his roof but luckily a sheriff's patrol boat comes along. Get on, they tell him. No, he replies. God will save me.
A few hours later, the river is above his roof and is threatening his life. A coast guard helicopter comes along and throws him a rope to winch him up. He refuses, knowing that God will save him.
An hour later the man dies and finds himself in heaven. He is a little upset with God and asks him why he didn't save a faithful man such as himself.
God replies, I sent you two boats and a helicopter. What else did you expect from me?

Maybe. Just maybe someone was listening to all your prayers and understood your heart. But you still have to meet them half way.
This senior girl sounds perfect. If she rejects you, she'll be gone in half a year and you won't have to be reminded of it. If it works out, she will still go on to tear your heart out  but don't worry about it. It's an experience we all need to grow. I'm such an optimist. :-D
