Ive recently been meditating for my third eye and ive noticed that ive been feeling a lightheaded feeling that lasts all day.
Does this mean im meditating wrong?

In a way yep.
Read the book Astral Dynamics, its free and easy to find.
It covers this subject well.
There's far more where the eye can't see.
Close your eyes and open your mind.
