I'm transcribing the words of a dying man who was attacked with a sword after trying to burglarize a house. He was taken to a hospital, incredibly, still alive with half a head, no arms, and God knows what other wounds he had.

0:03-
screams of pain

0:09-
Where is it man?

0:13-
I'm listening (?)

0:18-
Oh, I'm feeling cold

0:23-
It gets very cold

0:25-
I'm feeling cold, no... I'm feeling cold, I'm feeling cold

0:32-
Excuse me bro (reverse speech), I'm feeling cold, it's, it's cold in this 'Pranu'

0:36-
I'm feeling cold... Gusvaaaal... hum... hum...

0:43-
I'm gonna die... hm...

0:47-
I'm feeling cold! It's cold.. it's cold.. it's cold..

0:56-
hmm...hm...hm

0:59-
Oh it's cold

1:02-
That... that dude right over there

1:06-
Hello... João?

1:10-
Right, I'm coming (?)

(?) means that the audio wasn't too clear, so I'm not totally sure.

'Excuse me bro' was said backwards, I wasn't understanding the words, sounded like mumble, so I tried to play it backwards and it became very clear, even the intonation was right.

I googled 'Pranu' and found about a burial ground in Italy dated from the Neolithic period, stands for 'Highland'.

Gusval could have been a name.

Hello (Alô) is only used when talking on the phone, when meeting someone in person we say Oi (Hi).  João = John.

Sleep is the result of caffiene deficiency.

I imagine if his brain was traumatized the speech center got temporarily rewired and he started talking backwards.  This happens sometimes with brain damaged patients-I believe it 's callad aphasia or something like that.

Wow. Amazing how the mind works.

Hi all, right on CFTraveler, severe damage to the left hemisphere, which is related to speech.

Studies say that we often use reverse speech but we are unaware of that. They say that we communicate on a subconscious level by inadvertently combining words that when reproduced backwards reveal the deeper meaning of our messages.

I suspect the dying will speak backwards as their conscious pattern switches, and people around them will think they are mumbling or hallucinating.
