Meditations can help.  Lucid Dreams are good too, but those are few and far between.

Hyponotizing I have read is a great way, but ofcourse, you have to have someone who can actually do it.
Thou shall not kill, remember?  What kind of church man are you? - Vash, Trigun

I will destroy Naraku with this Tessiaga! - Inuyasha, Inu-yasha

Truly, if there is evil in this world, it lies within the heart of mankind. - Edward D. Morrison

Hi Shueisha,

One of the things I'm trained and practiced in is past life regression therapy - healing present life issues that have their roots in past / parallel lives.

The process involves going into a very deep meditative state, like a ypnotic state, and allowing your subconscious, through verbal guidance, to connect with a previous / parallel version of yourself. You then find yourself experiencing life through the senses of your past life self.

See if you can find a past life regression therapist to help you if you want to do this.

Whatever you do DO NOT get a do-it-yourself regression CD. These can be quite dangerous. There can be a lot of emotions involvolved in experiencing a past lives, and you need a trained and trustworthy regression therapist to help you handle the emotional aspects without becoming caught up in it, which can cause problems.

Blessings,
James.

Really? Try projecting (or phasing) in the morning using a timer to wake you up in 10,15,20,15,10 minute intervals. The timer will 'startle' you into lucidity during a dream or awaken you from sleep to try a projection.
This method has given me lucid dreams on 2 out of 3 attempts, along with 2 successful full body projections.
