Our ego's controls the heart so what ever the ego wants the heart will project it into reality so my question is. How can I get the heart to control the ego? I hope you guys understand what I mean ^^
The ego doesn't necessarily "control" the heart, but you do need to learn to drop the ego.
Instead, you need to learn to live through your heart. Learn to be a genuinely good person. Don't judge, be accepting.
You've made probably the biggest step that anyone can make... the realization that the ego is a problem in relation to your heart. :)
Yep, you have to put your head/thoughts aside and get in touch with your heart/feelings.
As often, I disagree with most of what I'm reading here.
Carl Jung had a word- I believe integration or individuation, or a combo of both- Since lately I'm having trouble articulating my thoughts, I'll just leave you with them.
If you focus your attention on your heart center throughout the day you'll align the decisions you make with the energy of your heart.
If you notice my avatar, it is the heart chakra inside of the physical heart. Living through the heart is a big part of my personal philosophy. There is a book out there that led me to this realization years ago called, "The secret teachings of plants: the intelligence of the heart in the direct perception of nature" by Stephen Harrod Buhner. Perhaps you will find it as useful as I did.
I got lucky in this life and had my mission expressed to me through my name, very clearly. My name is Rusty Hart. So I work through my heart to make it not rusty. *ba da bum*
