Yes, I've read "Destiny of Souls", and now I'm reading "Journey of Souls". I'd highly recommend both books. Michael Newton is a Hypnotherapist who hypnotized his patients through past life regression to the point in time when they were in the spiritual World before incarnating into their current physical body.
