Yoga is the foundation of much of what we learn here. RB's New Energy Ways is an expansion of Yoga based energy principles, and many popular meditation techniques also have their roots in Yoga. YIt has also taught techniques to expand awareness which makes it a great spiritual learning tool.

As I believe yoga is a very effective path of spiritual development, I'd like to share a site with you that my friend has made. I've checked it out for myself and I'm very impressed. He just started it so cut him some slack. It's not going to have tons of articles, but it's forum-based and is at least worth a look.
