iv start to practice meditation for a month or so but then i felt uncomfortable sensation when iv been aware of the breath(like i am the one how control the breath?

so i stop the practice.
but still durnig the day i feel like the breath is dominant and come to my awareness although i am not trying to be awar of the breath
and this awareness make me feel tired and give me headache although i stop the practice and still the breath come to my awareness allmost all day and that make me thos feeling
(like i cannot be not aware of the breath)

what can i do?

Don't seem so tense about it, just relax. Being aware of your breathe is a good thing, those sensations could be from the negative energy release. Give it a bit more time and they will become pleasant.

If I understand correctly you even when stopped meditation from time to time experience konc.on your breath without your decision to do so.It sounds like case when some tune is stuck in head,and repeat itself over and over.Just relax and occupy yourself with different activities and it will pass.You with fear actually concentrate on the problem and making him bigger then really is.

I used to get that problem all the time. It was like I couldnt breathe naturally if I thought about my breath and i kept noticing my breath. This was years ago before I meditated. Just went away over time.
