I have read that thats how I know that the peeling is natural and thats Y I posted.[]
But thanks anyway.

I had posted something on NEW and after getting a reply I went to the training guide for it and began with the first step.
I began the next day.
I did not go any farther than energy breathing because when I finished the week Live skin was peeling off my left foot.
And it is EXTREMELY painful.
I know peeling is nattural, but could someone explain this?
