5. CHANGES IN WEIGHT: The weight gain in the U.S. population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies.

This one made me laugh a little bit. It is discutable I think....

One that is particularly interesting is ''increased synchronicity and many other small miracles''. When it happens, it is always funny to realize how ''reality'' seems to be more than what we may think. It is even better when an event of synchronicity, ''destiny'' or ''déja-vu'' is experienced with another person you know. This type event always makes you pause and think a few seconds to ''reason'' or try to explain what just happened.

I dont agree with the falling breaking bones etc part of it.

if someone is spiritually awakening, events that might possibly harm him/her would be taken care of ahead of time. (reminds me of the incident that happened to me when two guys jumped me and looked for money in my left pockets, i was  held down onto the bus station seat while they held holding what felt like a gun to my head, it was my pay day and i had $180 in the right pocket of my pants but they left me when they couldn't find anything.

i agree with the the synchronicities with favorable events, and i have recently noticed alot of those now, since i decided to live a pure life of spiritual righteousness and stopped marijuana smoking.

greater emotional activity and/or emotional outbursts... i can definitely relate to that one.  quite strange for me, being a guy and all, to start behaving so emotionally.  especially after energy body work.
