What do astral projectors know about soul groups?

OK I am sure many of us have heard about this. It's where people reincarnate as soul groups in order to either try grow a soul group or to further evolve a soul group. There have been books written about this.

OK so my question is what do you guys know about soul groups?

I believe there are loose soul groups . Some may have members that come and go , there members of more than one group .  Your son may of been your uncle , or great grand paw , ect.  A few of the posts on s.f. are kind of related .
