The Fifth Gateway / December 18th 2004
Welcome everybody to this wonderful day with (coughing), just attuning the voice here, with this wonderful laughter of yours. Laughter is very appropriate for the medium today, since we amongst others are going to talk to you about expression (chuckle). And we might add that laughter is one of the great ones (chuckle).
We do sense a great deal of expectation here today. It is a special day today, and we are going to address an issue of the utmost importance on the spiritual path, and also on every other human path, even those that are not a conscious spiritual one. So you see, when you once upon a time decided to come to this planet, even before that, when you decided to create this planet, you had gone into a feeling that you had been thrown out of home, thrown out of God, to be in this strange void you suddenly were in. And in this strange void you all started to create because actually you got quite bored with just being in the void. So you decided to start to create. Create a place where you could come to resolve different kinds of matters, and where you could come to experience. So you decided to create this planet and you decided, at one point in time, to make a body. A house for your soul that you could enter whenever you wished to. All a part of creating energy; the creation was truly grand. What you also created was some energy openings in the body. We have been talking about the first four chakras, as you call them. They are actually just energy places in the body that you can choose to open or you can choose to close off.
Today we have come to, what you could call a gateway. It is the fifth chakra. This chakra is in some form a gateway since it is at this point that you will begin to start the road to conscious creation. To consciously create. When your whole being, and we mean your whole soul including the human and the body reaches the fifth level, you will begin to get the awareness that there is synchronicity in everything that you are doing. It will start out in small ways, otherwise you will be in for a big shock (chuckle), which is not necessary, so you take it slow and this is very appropriate to do. So, you will start to see how everything somehow synchronizes itself all the time. This is when you also start to begin to trust that intuition of yours. Intuition...
Intuition is, is a, how can we say this, is a tool you take with you. It is embedded within your system, but it has specifically to do with the fifth chakra. So... Intuition... When you start to get more in alignment with your intuition, when you start to listen to your intuition, you will automatically begin to create more and more sequences in your life that you will be able to see very clear as synchronized. That, on the other hand, will enhance your trust in your intuition. And with more trust in your intuition you will begin to listen more and more to this voice inside of you. This voice telling you to sometimes go to the right when you actually had thought of going to the left with the mind, 'cause you were thinking of going to a specific place. But when you begin to listen to the voice that says you should go to the right and you suddenly bump into something that you might have been asking for, for a long time, like meeting a person or maybe just finding the right jacket you have been looking for, then you can see that this voice in you can be trusted.
So, listening to the intuition, becoming aware of this voice inside of you, will be one thing you will meet on your way, for that is the inner voice. And don't mistake the inner voice for ghosts or something like that. Many people do this. They become very afraid of the intuition. They think: " Ohh, somebody is speaking inside of me. I am going mad!" No, you are not! These are not voices from the outside, this is your voice! This is your inner voice! A voice you might not have been listening to for quite some time. Sometimes the loudest voice in your life is the mind constantly talking to itself, with itself, with different parts of yourself. Mind jabber (chuckle). Mind jabber is not the same as an intuition.
So how can we distinguish those two? We can distinguish those two if we can go to the feelings. Feelings are very important here. You see, it is actually quite simple: Find out if you are just mind jabbering away, because most of the energy in your body will be in your mind when you do this. And you can see that the thoughts that you are having, that they are coming in sequences, that makes a whole conversation. Very often the intuition, mostly the intuition, does not work like this. The intuition is something that just out of nowhere comes into your system. This is where you must be aware of what is going on, because something that just suddenly is there is surely to be intuition. You are not only able to use your intuition when finding a new jacket (chuckle) or meeting people that you have been thinking about meeting. You can use this inner voice of intuition in many, many ways. You can ask questions. Even questions on spiritual matters or universal matters. Don't expect to get the answer right away all the time. It is a process. And as I said, if you go into a conversation about this matter you are asking about in the brain, intuition has no chance of getting in there. Then you fill up the cup. So you can ask a question and leave the question. And after some time the answer might come to you through your own intuition, and your own intuition is one of the best places of all to get answers.
Sure, I am not 'Marketing' myself very well right now when I tell you that your own voice is better than mine. Hmm. But your inner voice IS the most important thing. I can tell you stories from now until four hundred years pass, but if you do not get it inside, it does not really matter. You cannot come to trust the information as well as when you get it through your intuition, through your own inner voice. Hmm.
As you probably know, this seal also has to do with the voice, and this was the inner voice. There is an outer voice. We are very grateful for this outer voice. This makes it possible for us to come and speak to you (chuckle), what a great invention we made (chuckle) once upon a time. So, hmm, the outer voice. Expression as I started out with.
Without the voice we would not be able to laugh. That would not be a great planet to live on. With the voice we have several possibilities of expression. When coming from the state of the heart, as we talked about last time, with that we mean that your whole being is the state of the heart. When you come from there you might start getting communication problems. This is seen very often.
This is due to imbalances in this chakra. You experience imbalances several ways in this chakra. There is an imbalance where one shuts down the chakra, and it becomes very, very difficult to talk at all. One gets very shy, because everything that comes out of the mouth seems quite strange, and people react very, very strangely to it also. This is the energy embedded in the imbalance that you have in this area. So, many people think, "Well, then I will just stop talking." This works for a while. People will not misunderstand you anymore, because they cannot hear you. But it is very good to start the process of expressing yourself if you wish to open this chakra. And it is an important chakra on the spiritual path.
So, there is another imbalance to this chakra. Since we are living in some kind of duality on this planet we of course go to the opposite: People who are talking all the time. That is an imbalance also. Hmm. Because with talking all the time it can be quite difficult to listen. And listening is also something that belongs to this chakra. The balance between expression and silence. Opening up, so that you do not only get the words that the other person is saying, but that you get the energy behind the words is equally important. So if you have either of these imbalances try for while to do the opposite of the imbalance, because the opposite of the imbalance will bring out the issue that you are carrying with you.
Expression as such has become a bit better surrounding this fifth seal with time, and by this we mean the history of the human being. You see, before, children were not to be heard, only to be seen. Imagine what that puts in the system! Hmm. The closure of such grandness you cannot imagine. All the time the child gets to know that it is not good enough when it talks. They are not good enough when they try to express themselves. They are not valid. Their opinion is not valid. Their love is not valid. Their anger is not valid. Hmm. This is an issue to work on, issues of great importance, because as I said, this is a gateway and the reason why I choose to call it a gateway is because it is the gateway to opening up to the other side of the veil.
When you get your body, your humanity, and your soul to this point you will be able to communicate with us on the other side of the veil. So you will also be able to receive information from us. Communication on all levels comes with the fifth seal. And don't be surprised if this might affect all the communication systems that you have around you. Like your telephone, your computers. They connect very strangely if you are out of balance in the fifth gateway, this fifth chakra. And they will do so because your energy will affect everything that has to do with communication. (Pause)
So this fifth chakra is a challenge to many, many people. Because this fifth chakra gives you the possibility to be truly you. Not only hidden somewhere inside yourself, but expressed in the world. And the expression in the world regarding who you truly are is very crucial on the spiritual path. It is not a good idea to walk around hiding yourself from the others all the time. You see, this creates separation. And as long as you are creating the separation inside of yourself with the outside you are not in alignment with who you truly are.
It is a difficult task for some people always to be open about who they are. Because there can be fear in this chakra. Fear of others judging you. Fear of others condemning you. Fear of others not loving you. Because you might have experienced this when you were a child. But there seems to be no way around this chakra other than to express on the outside who you truly are.
(Someone coughs). Coughing is also an expression. An expression of one that wants to be heard more. So if you suffer from a lot of colds all the time, or for a period of time, it is good to consider what you are not expressing. What it is that you are not expressing truly about yourself. You see sometimes we can decide to express ourselves truly as we feel inside but, when we get to the point of using the voice, we will not express the feelings behind the issue. It is important to get the feelings into this. Expressing the feelings, because it is in the feelings that you define yourself. (pause)
It is also through writing, writing is another form of expressing that has to do with the fifth chakra. Any kind of communication is in some way connected to the fifth chakra. Also artists, musicians, and painters have to open up this chakra to be able to work from their intuition. And with creating consciously, because an artist is not always creating consciously, aware of what is going on all the time. Actually all of you are artists in some way. All of you have the ability to express yourself and create in some way. You just need to see creativity not only as doing a painting, or singing a song, but as many things.
So go look for that creativity if you wish to balance this chakra better. Expressing any creation consciously is a very powerful tool. It can come all the way from inside the earth to be expressed only through the fifth chakra. And it can come all the way from the other side of the veil only to be expressed through the fifth chakra. So with creating, the conscious creation, also comes the joy. Joy has to do also with the fifth chakra. But there is also an opposite of the joy here and the opposite is suffering.
This chakra correlates also, when closed or imbalanced, to suffering. And we might say that humanity is very good at this - suffering. Suffering is like a closed and locked door. You see when coming to this chakra you will find the possibilities of creating consciously. If you do not decide to create consciously, or if you put a veil on the information inside of yourself, on consciously creating, you might get stuck here, in suffering. As you know there are so many ways to suffer. Suffering is a way of blaming everything that happens to you on the outside, so here we have separation again. But suffering can also be something that you only carry on the inside.
You see in Christianity it was always very good to suffer. Even Christ suffered - so maybe the best way to come to God is to suffer some people concluded. What a conclusion! So, for thousands of years a very large group on this planet has been in a suffering mode. Meaning that the suffering energy is very much in the mass consciousness. It can be quite difficult to move past suffering, past victim hood, past why are they doing that to me, the humans, the angels, the runners, whoever. The fifth chakra is where you can come to know that you are master of your creation. You may not always be able to see the creations you are going to encounter. But you will be able to come to a certainty together with the intuition. And when you gain the trust in the intuition you will see that you are truly creating for you.
So at some point you will come to the part of the suffering. And suffering has been passed on to all of you through your parents, or the church, sometimes even the society you live in. You just took it on you, the way to have a good life. To be loved in the eyes of God I have to suffer. But at the same time I have to look as if I do not. This is a very strange creation. Because it makes you something that you are not; suffering on the inside, not showing it on the outside; separation.
But truly God never meant for you to suffer.
It was something you chose to take upon yourself because you thought that you had been thrown out of Home. It was the last thing you considered to use to get back to God, to get back to Home. And for many thousands of years humanity has seen that this is not working. For many thousands of years you have put a veil between you and God, for in order for you to suffer there had to be a God that was punishing you. And there is no God that is punishing you or anyone. There is no God judging anyone. You are all so loved. You are all so treasured. No matter who you are, where you are, or what you are doing. Because you are a part of all that is and nobody is outside all that is.(pause)
So when you meet the suffering, remember that it is a choice. You can choose to suffer; there is nothing wrong with it. You have been choosing it for thousands of years. If something was wrong with it, don't you think God would have taken it away? There is nothing wrong with anything. Not even with suffering. But if you are tired of suffering it is time to release the things from this lifetime that have put you into suffering; and those things from other lifetimes, going all the way back even to Atlantis.
Some of you have been carrying suffering inside for several thousands of years. You chose it on your own. Suffering lies very close to ecstasy. Suffering can truly bring you into a form of ecstasy. Why do you think monks are hitting, punishing themselves - because it brought them into ecstasy. Many religions have put very strange things and rituals on themselves because these rituals would give you the illusion that you were being cleansed. And in the illusion of being cleansed you would open up. And this is why through suffering you can get many beautiful experiences.
But the fifth chakra is also the chakra for cleansing your system. This is why at this point you will meet all the itsy bitsy tiny little things where you chose to suffer, to cleanse it out of your system. Otherwise you will leave a wall between the fifth chakra and the next chakra.
So releasing suffering through conscious creation is something that you will need here. Also the conscious creation of anything else; of love, abundant love you can choose, you can choose abundant abundance. This is the place to start to create consciously. We know that in this moment in time it will take some effort, and also some trust that you actually have not gained yet, (to create) because you are still living in an old energy, and there is also a new energy present. We are talking about consciously creating in the new energy. But on many levels you are still influenced by the old energy, so sometimes when it does not work, look if you were creating in the old energy or in the new energy.
You see in the new energy you just make a statement and you release the statement and at some point it just returns to you with whatever you asked for. In the old energy you had to be thinking about things all the time. The same thought over and over again. What a "braniac." Over and over. Using energy, time, whatever, to create a new jacket or something very small. If it was something very big you thought it was necessary to meditate for 10 hours a day. Saying the same thing over and over again: "Please send me 500 kroner (danish currency ). Please send me 500 kroner." Quite exhausting. This is not necessary in the new energy at all. When in trust, when in love, when in joy; just make one statement and send it on its way. Let the energy take care of the rest. It will come to you. It truly will come to you.
So you see; many people on this planet have started to let go of suffering. This is also why the new energy can come in. Because how could a person that is suffering all the time be able to use something so simple. Oh, no. I have to suffer first before I can get what I want. So I have to sit for many hours asking the other side for help. Creating the same thoughts over and over again. Create.... Start the releasing inside... Look at every thought that I have.... So when in suffering, people often live in a dictatorship inside of themselves. This makes it difficult to create. In the new energy suffering has, as such, no part in creating your life. Whenever you choose to turn to suffering you will experience that what you asked for is not coming, because suffering is a disempowerment of who you are. And new energy is not working to disempower you. It is only working to empower you, so you can truly come to the knowledge that you are God also. That you are choosing this life.
Many masters reaching this state stood between two choices, suffering or bliss on the other side. The ones that chose bliss chose to release the suffering. The ones that chose the suffering, they stayed there. And with the suffering also came the lack of abundance, amongst other things. It was appropriate for them to choose so, but it was also appropriate for the others who chose the bliss and the happiness. The acceptance of the oneness of all. (pause)
We are coming to an end with my monologue. On these days I might be accused of having an imbalanced fifth chakra, but I will blame it on the medium. (chuckle) Just for fun. So we will be back very soon with some questions and answers. Thank you very much for your time. Until then.

Is the fifth chakra the heart chakra, or the throat chakra?
I have problems with energies related to suffering, but I've started fixing it recently.

In the context of this post the Fifth chakra is the Throat Chakra.  It is also considered where your Soul is connected(which explains the post a little bit better).

I read this yesterday, when I read it, it was like a personal message for me to receive. You see from this I have learnt that my fifth charka is out of balance. My Pc has caught the millennium bug. Every time I start it I have to enter CMOS and select any year I want then exit and save. On top of this the sound works, then it doesn't, then it does. I go through light bulbs like they were nothing, and my TV screen likes to go snowy every few minuets.

I also learnt that the Holy Spirit is our own intuition, this is why it is said in AA Michael mediation thread that it works well in theory but not practice. In a totally weird sense I'm being guided by myself, which is why I'm always ahead of myself. This is weird, I got another personnel message from it, which I don't think I should say right this moment.
