....
I am not even sure what half those positions are. I usually sit on the floor/ground with my legs crossed but sometimes in a chair. It depends. Usually in the chair only if I am at work and have a few minutes to meditate. I personally don't think that the position is all that important.

Thank you, lola.
The bound lotus position looks interesting. Why do you like it?
Indian style is what I usually use but I might experiment a bit now. :)
Sitting in a comfy chair is my preference.
I'm afraid I'm not flexible enough to try other positions for long periods without bits of my body going numb.
Bound lotus??
I hadn't considered the idea of combining bondage and meditation before, but hey, if it works for you...
:)

Ok Lola, I'll give this bound lotus a try.

Umm... This might take a while Lola, I'll have to get back to you. I might be...er... tied up for a bit.

Lola? lol
If you want more flexibility try doing yoga. No matter how inflexible you think you are, with practice you can become a rubber band ... well sort of. lol Plus you will feel a lot better. Mantra Girl's dvd is great.
