Title: What will you miss about Earth life?
Post by: deepspace on January 11, 2014, 21:44:29
I think about this fairly often, but I'm more interested to hear your thoughts.

I don't know if you have had OBEs, but when you are away from the physical reality, you have a completely different perspective. There is no feeling of missing earth life. There is so much to explore and so many interesting places to visit that your mind gets sort of blown away. During one of my OBEs, I stayed for a long time and even thought about my physical body, but I did not snap back, so I thought that I must be dead LOL, and surprisingly I did not freak out of feel sad or upset, whereas right now I would get scared probably, mainly because I would cause a tremendous pain to my lived ones and I don't want them to suffer. But when you are re-focused, you don't have these concerns. Besides, there are so many duplicate layers of this reality, where you can choose to stay for a while, where you can interact with all the people you know, (no matter if at this time here they are dead or alive) and everything is so much more enhanced and enjoyable. So, you can experience everything you have experienced here, but few notches more exciting because the environment will be more thought responsive. That is if you wish to do so.

Yes, I have had very many and they are absolutely mind blowing, so much so that I never completely believe it's happening. To be walking around, talking to other beings, looking at the perfect full color, 3 dimensional world, and touching it (can't get enough of that) is truly unbelievable. I had one OBE where I was swimming in a swimming pool for about 30 minutes, mostly underwater. I just kept feeling the sensations of the water as I moved my hands through it, just testing it over and over to see how real it felt. Looking up through the blue water at the sunlight filtering through and the colors shifting with the waves. Everything was perfect. I kept thinking "how can this be happening?" I know I'm in another world, yet it is impossible to tell the difference. And thinking a lot about my physical body, knowing I was separated from it and left it behind in my bed. Wondering what it was doing there. Were my arms moving? How could they not be? My body was swimming, but not the physical one. I can still remember being there. What an amazing experience.

Yes, I'm quite sure of this too and have experienced it already. We are capable of having any experience we can have in our Earth life and at a higher level.

What's here to miss, in leaving this, Earthy reality,
Would it be your younger days, carved names upon a tree?
Perhaps the fear of darkness and being all alone,
Let me see, it just maybe, we know we're not at home.
The beauty of the landscapes or the passion felt in heart,
If so you know from cupids bow you really missed his dart.
The wads and wads of money, that for you was always barred,
Slaved each day for pittance pay though working oh so hard.
The illness you inherited that parents genes demand,
so you can't shout and run about with others hand in hand.
The taste of mothers cooking and the eating of those cakes,
Oh dear I fear lose this, a tear will fall make no mistakes.
The oneness missed returning, that 'feeling lost' will go,
Also not belonging, where loneliness did show.
The driving fast in motorcar and almost bailed on bend,
The look you got and almost shot the trousers of your friend.
The early days of wonderment with romance in the air,
Or later days, the mind begone emotional despair.
The screaming games in schoolyards or the football queuing gate,
Or dinners on the table so come home and don't be late.
There's no point thinking younger ones and leaving fate at helm,
The life you lived is now forthwith in entering new realm.
It's now your realisation of all that came to pass,
It's no more than one lesson and one big 'pane' in the butt.
To just be reunited, with all those lost through time.
I'm sure this chore ends you once more will reincarnate fine.
In Earthly retrospection and that known of discarnate,
Conception new belongs to you of many lives' you make.

Volgerle, believe me, chocolate tastes a million times better in the astral than here. You will have your Nutella, just much more testier than now.... if that it possible. It is one of my guilty pleasures as well. Can't live without it LOL

Things taste a lot better in the NPR for sure. The best cup of coffee I ever had was there, it was so perfect. Have eaten some other amazing things there too. Exotic fruit, ice cream and other things. I'm not a  big fan of liqueur, but tasted some there and it was absolutely incredible. The flavor was so intense it woke me up and I could still taste it after waking.

I know it sounds stupid, but I will miss the fact that you must eat here whereas in the astral it is completely optional.

I look at it this way:  We either survive death or we don't.
If we do, statistics tell me that I'll be able to experience whatever I want.  So I won't miss anything.
If I don't, now is now, and there's nothing to miss.

True. True. I have not missed anything that I am aware of.

I know this steak doesn't exist. I know that when I put it in mouth...the matrix is telling my brain that it is juicy and delicious. After nine years, you know what I realize? Ignorance is bliss.

What will I miss?
... the interactions with other consciousness beings *here*.

What will I gain?
... the interactions with other consciousness beings *there*.

:)

I think that would be a good trade.  :-)

Perhaps limitlessness will eventually get boring?
Maybe that's why we are here
As an experiment as to how we will cope with limits
